Horrible experience. The guy at the register was probably new but could not tell me anything about the menu since the breakfast screen was down. We ordered 4 items. One of the wraps had hard plastic chewy pieces in it. Both wraps were more wrap than anything inside. The Philly cheese steak was the worst I have ever had. There was barely any meat and very flavorless.

After speaking with management, they apologized and made it right to us. We appreciate management for reaching out.
We decided to do an online order. We ordered bagels, 1 lb of cream cheese, soup, and cookies. We received the order and noticed there was no cream cheese and when we told the workers, they accused us of taking the cream cheese when we never even left the store. After we got the missing item, we noticed the bagel choices we picked out were incorrect. When we asked for the correct bagels they told us they were out. So instead of letting us know and picking out different bagels, they just chose for us.

Felt extremely rushed, older lady in front was very rude. Not personal, she seemed as though she was annoyed with us..she was only welcoming to customers she knew..I used to love coming here, we spent over 50 dollars this morning. The lady in front had dark hair and a ponytail thin eyebrows, the other staff seemed nice. I understand we all have bad days but it is no excuse to be short rude. Ive been in the restaurant industry and we never treated customers this way.

The staff have always been excellent to work with. This visit they went above and beyond for me. I had placed a large order for the office and put the date of pick -up as Saturday and had wanted it to be Friday. It was totally my fault but they did not miss a beat when I realized what happened. They really hustled and pulled the order together for me. I can’t thank them enough. What excellent customer service.

My favorite bagels around. Love the nova salmon dill cream cheese on everything bagel. All of their other sandwiches/bagel choices are amazing. They are also very first responder supportive and make sure to take care of our local heroes who come in. 5/5 recommend!

Best Christmas present ever from the owner. We arrived on Christmas day but they had just closed at noon. The owner saw us looking in the window and came out. He sold us bagels they had already bagged up as day-old for sale tomorrow. And a tub of cream cheese with chives. I’m sure he gave us a huge discount too. We sat outside and ate our bagels. Perfect way to end our walk around Tradition lake.

At best, the food is average. The service was slow and unfriendly. The space is poorly laid out with many customers (who are all waiting a long time for their orders too) having to crawl over each other to fix their coffee or receive their order.
