The wine was very good, we had a pinot noir and the montepulciano, my mussels appetizer was excellent, lots of them and my friend’s bruschetta was okay. I had the carbonara which was delicious but my friend’s lasagne was disappointing mostly because the mornay sauce was overly salty, pretty much inedible. The desert cannoli was excellent. I had been here before and previously had a very good experience with all the menu choices. Might have been an off night for one of choices otherwise I would have added another star to the review. Our waitress was excellent. I will come here to dine again.

We have been trying to go here for months now but since they were not open for lunch we never made it. Well juneteenth for the win! We got to head over for an early dinner…well.let me tell you it was worth the wait our waitress Terri was very helpful and the service was top-notch. We got the gnocchi and another dish that was made with an Alfredo type sauce and had bacon and eggs in it. It was all soooo good and homemade. Very clean place and great ambiance. The owner even came over talked to us about upcoming specials and just general knowledge of the restaurant…we thought that was super cool. The kne suggestion I would make is …they do everything homemade …use real glass…fresh bread..but paper napkins. I think the cloth napkins would fit this place better. Ohhh and they make a very strong and tasty blood orange martini!

The pasta was delicious and the service was excellent. The restaurant is a great choice when you are in the mood for Italian food. We had the Gnocchi Alfredo ($27.00) and the Neapolitan Lasagna ($27.00). There is easy parking on the side of the building.

The food itself was decent, with the bruschetta and tiramisu standing out as the highlights of the menu. However, my one-star rating is directed entirely at the service we received.

Upon arrival, a young hostess with vibrant hair was warm and welcoming, and we appreciated her demeanor. Unfortunately, the server assigned to my colleagues and me was quite the opposite. He carried an unwelcoming attitude throughout our visit, neglecting basic hospitality such as providing water and bread. When we inquired about the bread, he dismissively stated that we had not requested it since we ordered bruschetta—though bread is typically served without needing to ask.

What made this more disappointing was noticing that he greeted and smiled at other tables but not ours. Given that my table was the only visibly diverse group in the restaurant, the contrast in treatment was hard to ignore. Even one of his coworkers appeared uncomfortable with his behavior.

Despite maintaining professionalism and leaving a generous tip, the experience was marred by his lack of respect and courtesy. For the sake of future guests—especially those visiting from abroad—I strongly encourage management to ensure staff are trained in providing consistent, unbiased service rooted in integrity. In today’s economy, word of mouth shapes reputations quickly, and unfortunately, my colleagues and I will be sharing this negative experience with others.

great atmosphere! the service was subpar, barely checking on us and the waiter critiqued our wine choice? that was strange by itself. the food verged on being good but too many added ingredients to “upscale” the dishes made them fall flat. also be warned, some of the meats aren’t fully cooked through. we tried to alert the waiter but they didn’t come back to our table except to bring the check without a word to us. very strange. I hope it gets better because it could be a very cool spot

Great spot for a nice date night. We went for dinner and treated ourselves to a full multi-corse meal. Everything was excellent, from the flavors and quality of the food and wine to the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. We will be back.
