This location is probably the best Marco’s location. I have only had good experiences here. The staff is awesome, always smiling and very friendly. They seem to work very well together, and you never hear any fighting in the back.
The very, very few times I had a messed up pizza, they fixed it immediately. I only wish I could remember the staff names, but everyone who works Sundays deserves a raise.
There is nothing bad to say about this location.

I have repeatedly received my pizza not made to the specifications of my orders. I have spoken to the GM about this a few times already. This time, I got extra toppings (which I am charged for) and I did not receive them. I’ve spoken to someone who said they are on the line for toppings and they make sure that the toppings are on there…then WHY is my crust bare and naked. Where is my triple spinach that I PAID for? Where is the bacon I PAID for. The bare an naked crust that should have been dressed up nicely has been bare and naked on MULTIPLE occasions.

I’ve always enjoyed the pizza at Marco’s—the food itself is consistently good. Unfortunately, the customer service severely takes away from the experience, and my most recent visit was the final straw.
I placed an order for two original crust pizzas and one thin crust pizza and went to the store to pick it up. Everything seemed fine at pickup. However, when my husband got home, we realized that the pizza that was supposed to be thin crust was made as original crust.
I immediately called the store to explain the mistake. The woman who answered the phone rudely introduced herself as the manager and stated that she personally made the pizza and that it was correct. I calmly explained that I had the pizza in front of me along with the order ticket showing it was supposed to be thin crust. Rather than listening or offering a solution, she told me to return the pizza—and then hung up on me.
This interaction left a very bad taste in my mouth. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced poor customer service at this location, which makes it even more disappointing.
Because of this repeated behavior, I have reached out to Marco’s corporate office and hope they return my call. Good pizza can’t make up for consistently bad service, and customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Whenever you need a quick dinner option for the house or for a party, Marco’s always has a deal going, and their pizza is better than the other fast pizza joints. They have lots of specialty pizzas and they are all good and often come with some sort of discount or bundle. I quite enjoy it. I’ve never eaten at the restaurant, I always pick up or have it delivered.

This was our first time eating at a Marcos. This was hands down some of the best takeout pizza we have had. We don’t have to many options where we live so we had to try something new while traveling out of state. My wife and daughter had been dying to try Marcos. The wings were kind of little and shrimpy but they were good. The pizza was perfect. I wish we had a Marcos closer to home because it would definitely be our go-to!

We use this location often for ordering pizza for working lunch meetings. The pizza is great, always quality food products from here. I like that I can earn points using the app for free food later. The staff at the Hwy 96 location are personable and helpful. My order was ready on time for pick-up and everything was hot and fresh.

We order pizza and salad from Marco’s almost every Sunday. The pizza is always delicious and service is fantastic! We usually order a large salad each week as well and they are always good. The ingredients are fresh and I love the house made croutons! Zay is so nice, always remembers our names and we appreciate that he goes out of his way to remember us and take care of us!

Pizza expected within 30-45 for a celebration. After an hour and 5 mins there was still no pizza. I called and it would be another 20-30 because they only had one driver. The manager asked me what could he have done differently and I said call the customer and let them make a decision. There were people at a party waiting to eat. He offered a discount then refused. Then was angry and asked I wanted to cancel the order or not. Bet your behind I wanted to cancel. He had “no way” to show me that he cancelled the order. Really? Don’t believe the online information. The store does not honor it. And management can become very chippy.
