For a small town, the food was very good. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, too. Service was excellent. My only complaint would be I wish the margaritas were made to order instead of coming from a machine. And the chips were slightly stale. Simple improvements in areas like these could make it the best Mexican restaurant in western Kentucky!

Pretty good food and service. Not a big fan of the salsa flavor I like mine with a little more flavor and heat. Gsve a 4 star because there is room for better service and food improvement at most places. Service didn’t come back but 2 times during the 1 hr visit. Over all one of the better Mexican joints around.

OMG the food was so delicious! We ordered a few different plates. The seasoning and flavors were consistent across the board. The food took your taste buds for a trip across Mexico. The beer was very cold and refreshing! We met at this restaurant to see my brother who is in the military and enjoyed ourselves more then we thought we would. Such a great restaurant!

This was a pretty good sized place and it was quite busy when we stopped in at 8:30 p.m. There are 2 large sections and the one we were in, was very noisy as if we were in some kind of cafeteria.
Chips and salsa were brought to the table right away which is always a nice touch especially when the chips are fresh and the salsa is good.
The food came out fast and it was decent. I had Spinach enchiladas and the filling was Spinach and maybe a little salsa with a cheese sauce over it. The sauce became a little watery from the Spinach and the enchilada wrappers could have been a little softer but the flavor was good.
When the meal was over, we asked for boxes and we got the check but never got the boxes. We waited and waited and then we just ended up leaving.
If all your looking for is decent Mexican food that comes fast, this is the place.

Drove all day! Meal starts with the chips and salsa..fresh and good had two! Then the shrimp fajitas big and delicious. Great service and wonderful atmosphere.

I’m sorry to say that for the first time eating from here that what I would normally give a 5 star is a 1. I don’t eat out often so I usually pick here. But the chicken taco I received tonight was not good. Not even close to hit chicken, taco Shell was stale as well as the chips they gave. I have heard of La Piñata and will certainly try them the next time I decide to eat out. So sad as they have been here for years.
