I prefer to have my flatbread delivered but it’s always too much sauce to the point that the bread is ripping and it’s dripping through the wrapping and through the bag! I tried calling so many times to see if they could toast it harder or use less sauce but every time it goes to voicemail. Very disappointed because it’s a really good sandwich so now I have to toast it at home and eat hot veggies but I prefer them cold.

My sandwich maker wiped her nose/ face whatever it was ,her gloves touched her face close to her mouth and nose ,and continued to make my sandwich ,sticking her hand right into the meats. Then the other girl made a mean comment about a customer that just left …..

Kim complained the whole time !!! It took her 30 minutes to make a sandwich. She complained about the cheese saying it’s not real cheese. She complained about heating people’s sandwiches up ! She lets stuff pile up on the counter the whole time ! She told the person in front of me to get off of his phone when he’s ordering with her !!! She kept complaining about her job saying she can not wait to get off. Kim is horrible 0/10 do not recommend!

Looks a little dank and sketchy from the outside, but inside this is a very clean and modern Subway. I’ve eaten here several times and never had a problem with the sandwiches they put together. I’d always recommend a real local deli if you’re craving a sub, but Subway is good in a pinch and this one is as good as any other I’ve visited.

I try to stay away from this specific Subway since every time i was there which was quite frequently since it is one of the very few places my brother will eat food from, i was stuck there for what seemed like forever! even when we would preorder and io purposlly waite longer then suggested to leave it still would not be ready. never have any issues at kingston location

Amazing that a worker would ……be outside smoking, walk in to wait on us, only after texting on her phone picks up the paper to make our subs then puts gloves on…..never washing her hands – then has an attitude when I ask her about it. What an unhealthy and disgusting way to operate a food establishment.

You guys need to start putting a decent amount on the hoagie bc some don’t put enough on the sandwich where it’s completely slim to none. You should follow guidelines but enough where we can actually eat the bogie with paying for more in order to get the de emt amount of toppings!
