11/25/25 at 9:33pm door was locked when staff member opened the door, I was told they were closing up I just wanted a hot coffee or something that’s cool. I pointed at the sign told her it says 10pm and I’m here for ice cream. I reminded her it was 930, I was told yeah no were basically closed. I don’t usually leave reviews, I did tell her as I was walking away Im going to leave a review (which I really wasn’t going to write, but after I got in my truck and started reversing she came running back out trying to stop me) So here’s your review needless to say I did not get out and get my order I drove down to the Dunkin on golf and barrington. Too bad that Dunkin was my Dunkin, I don’t like lazy people. I have to follow the rules at my job.

The butter pecan is literally all sugar. Disgusting. The sugar is so thick it sticks to my spoon. I’ve never had a sweeter ice cream. Definitely not worth the money. So gross.

I would give negative stars if I could. Every single time I come here they never have ANY ice cream flavors available. How does a store run out of the most basic flavors chocolate and vanilla??? BR needs to shut this spot down immediately.

Ordered the turkey ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. Didn’t turn out quite like the picture on the site, but still a fun cake for the party. The caramel coating is fairly thick.

Service was unfortunately poor. Came by drive thru ordered 3 banana splits named about 6 different ice creams and they were out . they didnt even have basic chocolate… we werent asked which toppings we wanted. then we were told to pull forward. wait 15mins while all other drive thru cars passed us. then they brought us the ice cream with no bag.. after requesting for one they said it’s just going to fall down. which i understood but i didnt want it to leak in my car… also they gave us forks…. not sure how i was suppose to eat my ice cream with a fork… please train the employees better… smh

They never have anything you want to order from the menu, this is the second time I tried ordering a cappuccino blast and it’s the same answer, either they already closed the ice cream section or they closed it to clean. Even when I order online and it says specifically the type of brew I want with my iced coffee(original blend/medium roast), they always end up using the dark roast. I don’t think it’s that hard to read an order. I would stay away if I was you unless you like to pay for the wrong order or order something from their menu which they never seem to never have.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and when i went to pick it up, they didn’t have it and wanted me to drive to the one in Hoffman Estates. I made them call over there and found out they didn’t have it. Kid looks at me and said “sorry”. UM…. I paid $40 for a cake …. so “sorry” is not going to cut it. Asked to speak to a manager, but there was no manager on duty, just crew members. Left with a different cake and got a credit of $11 dollars. NEVER AGAIN! One star is too much to give them.

Stood inside waiting for 15 minutes. Never got served. We left. The manager said “they’ll be right with you” as she stood and didn’t seem to do anything while the young kids worked their hardest.

The workers didn’t want to put ice cream we wanted in Quart, though they have it in menu and they didn’t have it prepackaged. They said because of COVID they cannot put in Quart, but instead can put 3 scoops. Whaaaaaaat? Although, couple of weeks ago in the same location they did put us ice cream in Quart. Do they change policy each week??? That’s hilarious!
Edit: Tried one more time at this location on different day. The other worker said, that they can make only Pint, but not Quart, because owner of this location doesn’t want to be out of stock of ice cream! “I don’t want to be out of stock, so I won’t sell you any!”. That is some logic! It’s like doctor saying, “I’m not going to treat you, because I will not have any patients”! LOL

So disappointed both times I’ve come here. The first time I was told that mint chocolate chip had been discontinued….
I decided to give them another chance on a second visit and ordered a shake. They told me they were out of the ingredients to make a shake. I settled on a coolata and it doesn’t have any flavoring in it. I will not be giving them a third chance, unfortunately.
