Me and my fiancé get food here all the time. We’ve been going to Kencono Bowl in Lincoln since the very beginning when it opened. There has never been a time where we have been unsatisfied. Every single time it has been absolutely spectacular, with more food than I can ever finish in one sitting. We go to get poké about once every week and we look forward to it each time. This is certainly the best Poké bowl spot in Lincoln, please support this lovely business and the lovely people who work there

First time visit gets one extra protein. I made my own bowl with noodles, shrimp tempura, scallops, edamame, onions, tomatoes, cucumber sunomono, and picked ginger. I got spicy mayonnaise and Sweet chili sauces in little cups to add as I ate. This was an excellent meal that made me look forward to Future combinations.
My wife got the K-poke bowl, one of many pre-configured options to choose from on the menu board.
We both had enough leftover to eat later and we will definitely be going back!

I would highly recommend to eat here the food is very yummy and healthy. It is also really nice inside. Shout out to Lisa and Audrey they were two amazing people who helped me make my bowl they seem like hard workers. Lisa had a good attitude and kept a smile on her face. Got the Husker Bowl and it was SO delicious. Everything in it was fresh and the mix of shrimp and veggies was just right. Can’t wait to try their other bowls. A few other folks made their own bowl as well.

I was able to make it to the grand opening and let me just say I’m so excited this place has opened. I was very satisfied from the second I walked in until I walked out. Very very nice employees and very clean environment all around. Food was very fresh and super yummy! I will definitely be back for more and would recommend this place for anyone!

I love kukono bowl! It’s my favorite spot in Lincoln. Great quality food and clean atmosphere. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming! I love being able to get a quick meal that’s clean and full of veggies. Also the Bulgogi is to die for❤️

This might be the first truly respectable poke spot in Nebraska. I’ve tried poke all over the state and have almost always been disappointed. I lived in Hawaii for a period of time and ate poke daily, so my standards are admittedly high. The fish here tastes genuinely fresh, possibly due to the partnership with Koen, though I’m not entirely sure. Either way, it doesn’t have that off, “dishwasher-soap” taste I’ve experienced elsewhere.
I usually order the Aloha Bowl and it’s consistently excellent. I tried the Fire Bowl once and it was a bit too spicy for me, but still very well done, one I may revisit. The staff is always great, especially the woman who typically works evenings; I’ve noticed my bowls are especially well-made when she’s preparing them, though everyone does a solid job.

The food was great and the portions were amazing. The rice to fish ratio was perfect and the service was impeccable and then the employees were so sweet and so nice and the Manager was the sweetest little thing ever. When I asked for double portions, they received when I asked for stuff it was immediate. I am definitely coming back again and you should too. Be patient because it’s just so good and they’re so busy but they always try to work fast for you and they are just the sweetest people ever you need to come and you need to try at least once in your life
