Greeted quickly upon entry … Xavier took our order and knew his menu plus specials/deals. Also walked us through the Pizza Hut app. I know 250 locations are closing let keep this one going. Just need to improve on the process and preparation. Xavier runs a good shift including washing hands after touching money/cash drawer door.

My order was a large one topping half and half pan pizza, upon opening the box I immediately notice the crust was a deflated pan crust that resembleled a hand tossed crust, I did go into the establishment with one slice asking was this pan crust or something else. To sum this up I was told pizza hut is constantly changing the recipe and cutting back due to money.

Called to get a refund because I have no sauce and my pizza was hard then whoever answers the phone tells me he made the wings like he made them right or something lmao then hangs up on me wothout confirming my refund. Pizza Hut in Midwest City stays open late 7 days a week now until 11pm. It’s a great place to go for a late night craving for some sweets and that’s what I did and it was delicious as my mom and I ate the plate of hot and tasty brownies!

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEW but this time I’m taking time to write one…I would give zero star if I can. This is my pizza after more than 1 hour of waiting. Luke warm…who orders pizza to eat a luke warm pizza? This was ultimate cheese crust where cheese should be hot and stretch as you pull off the pizza….nope not here. I would have return it with the driver but I couldn’t because of my 3-yr old didn’t know better and wanted his pizza. NEVER AGAIN I will order from Pizza Hut!
