They had flies buzzing around our food and landed on my grandsons blizzard. The lady that served us was very rude to him. She made a huge deal about having to wash the window. The flies on the food didn’t matter. Bring a fly swatter or take it to go. Her and the manager get a thumbs down. The other two guys were awesome.

If I wanted chocolate, I would’ve gotten something with chocolate in it. Not a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Change the recipe back, Dairy Queen. Why did you ruin one of your best blizzards.

I just want to say that your guy at the counter does a fantastic job. He’s up front as soon as he can be, between taking orders, deliverying orders, getting extras for customers, cleaning the dining area, he does it all with class, speed and wanting us patrons to have an excellant experience. Also your crew delivers fast, warm delicious fast food and ice cream! Your fries are the best! Thank you all.

Above and beyond experiencing for my family as we were passing through. I didn’t catch her name but the person who took our order and brought us our order was so nice and caring, she went above and beyond to make our experience special. She even brought my girls a character ring and they loved it so much. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience 🙂

They charge 1.00 for pup cups. Anywhere else in the state is free. They also don’t disclose it until you pay. They are cheap, don’t put enough toppings on sundaes. Got a strawberry sundae, that cost almost 5 bucks it had almost no strawberry.

Every time I come here the service is poor I never get what I order live 3 blocks from this DQ talked to the gm several times about the issues and nothing ever gets solved even offers replacements and when I get the replacement it’s still messed up. Alot of the time the food is so old it’s hard to eat

Drive through takes 15-30 minutes at night. Not sure why it is taking that long, has happened a few times. And they never flip your blizzard, I’m sure it’s because by the time you get to the window it’s half melted when they hand it to you. Sadly this is the only fast food place in town. And why are they taking your credit card at the window and going into the other room with it. Then coming back??
