I tried ordering on the Subway® app, it said there was a problem with my card. I also checked my email and did not receive a confirmation so I decided to take my lunch break elsewhere. Now I see they charged me for my order. I can’t contact the restaurant or gas station it’s in as they both have numbers no longer in service. What a waste of time and money.

Went in to get a sandwich and the gas station attendant said someone will be right with you. I waited 7 more minutes to no one ever coming out. The gas station attendant apologized and went to the back again. I waited another 2 minutes and walked out. Never once saw a subway employee inside the store. As i went back to my car, there was one employee smoking by the dumpster.

I want to take a moment to recognize Asia at the Onsted Subway for absolutely blowing me away with her professionalism and skill. When I walked in, she was the only person running the counter, facing a full line of customers plus multiple mobile orders already waiting. Most people would have looked overwhelmed—but not Asia.
In less than 15 minutes, she cranked out 7 subs for in-store customers, kept the line moving, and still managed to tackle two mobile orders totaling 8 more subs. What stood out the most was how she did it: calm, organized, and with a genuine smile the entire time. She never made anyone feel rushed or overlooked, and she handled the whole situation with incredible leadership and confidence.
It’s rare these days to see someone balance speed, accuracy, and kindness all at once, but Asia did exactly that. Honestly, she deserves the highest recognition for what she pulled off.

I ordered a named menu item and they forgot all vegetables on it, and the sauce that comes with it – they didn’t even put cheese on it. I even asked the lady as she was wrapping it if the vegetables had gotten put on it and she said yeah and placed it in the bag. The workers were nice and friendly but I was really disappointed in my sandwich.

Location has a loud Slurpy machine. When placing my order, the young girl said she could not hear me. I repeated my order and she still couldn’t hear. I leaned forward and she reprimanded me for resting on the glass. While paying, she accused me of being a bad person. On my way out, I vowed not to return. She followed me to my car and promised to report me to her manager. I just turned 68 and have never had such a negative experience. Despite this, I still left an unappreciated tip . You have to love this GenZ of today. Can’t even enjoy the sandwich.

If you want a meat and cheese sandwich this is the place to go. The toppings for your sub is mostly empty and getting worse all the time. How can they charge full price for a sub and have nothing to put on it? Time to drive farther and get a sub with all the fixings.

Employees (Tracy) not wearing masking IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC, while handling my food. Absolutely no thank you, will not be returning to this location. Employees (especially FOOD employees) should always be wearing masks in they are dealing with customers, if it is a medical reason then such staff member should be working in the back until masks are no longer required, NOT handling food or talking to customers!
