Great place to del. Follow building all the way around, swing wide for scale. Normal sized lot, no problems docking/dropping. Scale available for inbound and outbound loads. Not there long enough for bathroom/vending. They say park on street at own risk. Love’s and Pilot nearby.

Once again, I had a very nice unloading experience here. 0605 check in for 0700 appointment. No one was on the line in front of me. Take a wide turn to the scale near guard booth. This is at the dead end of the street. I was directed to Receiving office up the stairs and was assigned a door.
They insist on tandem back and unhooking the trailer. It took them 40 minutes to unload me. The rest room is upstairs, there a free coffee/chocolate machine.

If you’re bringing in a DROP you can drop 24/7 from what I was told, however the shipping/receiving office HAS to be open to pull any trailer out.
Love this place! People are super friendly and I have yet to have any issues. Flying J up the street. There is overnight parking on the street but I would be careful as the city does frown upon it..park at your own risk

I arrived for my drop and hook. Checked in with guards. You then go drop your trailer and grab loaded. Once you’re connected to loaded trailer, you’ll park in front of or near receiving office for bills. Gentleman at window was nice. Unsure about parking tho.

The facility is nice Lazer lines for the docking are awesome. The people are a little robotic though and when I asked the receiver what would happen if a driver came to check in and found he had to climb a long set of stairs and was difficult for them to do so her reply was you need to get out of the truck more. When I told her that I was handicapped she said I should have told someone and they would have come down. That’s nice to know now but there are no signs that say there are stairs to the receiving office so how do you know to ask for help? She seemed quite condescending and slightly rude.
