I would not recommend anyone to this establishment. The customer service was awful the guy didn’t greet me, rushed to take the order and I requested for my wing to be fried soft and I received them over cooked hard, the wings are already small it doesn’t take much to cook them. The wings you can tell they were already cooked and they just dropped them back in the grease to be served as fresh. I’m highly upset because this could have been better. Then once I received my food he handed it to me and walked away from behind the counter and I had to stand and wait for someone to come from the back to hand some condiments.

The guy who took my order and served me was on the phone the entire time taking my order. Then proceeded to give me my food and did not even show me my food. So once I see check my food he got my order wrong then argued me down on how they can’t remake it. My order was a 20 piece lemon pepper with mild drizzle on top.

Ordered wings and when I got them I noticed they were breaded!! I hate breaded wings so I call the store and ask is this something new because I ordered several times and never got breaded wings!! They charge you full price all to cheat you out of your food. I spent over $50 all to not get some of my food for two of my meals. Then they refused me my money back or to remake my food talking about all sells are final. I will not be giving them another dime and will also be telling everyone I know not to eat here again. I asked for corporate number to make a complaint and was told they bought someone else out and don’t have a # to give because the manager said dnt give her number out??? What kind of low budget company does this?? I’m not happy at all with the service or food.
