Coffee coffee coffee! I love trying new flavors and had to catch the eggnog foam. This location actually had it (after calling every location near me). The location is a bit tricky, pay attention because it’s right off the intersection in a strip mall. There is no drive thru which is surprising. I dashed in and heard the hellos but didn’t engage much as I was running to work. The eggnog flavor was there but rather subdued and the coffee had a nice bite. I ended paying $8 for a trenta. I admit I’m not sure it was worth $8 so when the Dubai one just came out I wasn’t sure about coming back. I just can’t pay that much for a cup of coffee with a hint of flavor.

OMG! I love this place, from the moment I walk in they are so friendly, they welcome you with a smile, they are just family, and I remember 1 one occasion Ms. Sherry made my day and help me out because we were having a hard time finding a barcode for one of the cups i wanted.

I completed my online order as usual. While I wouldn’t say I’m a regular, I do visit this location frequently. I placed my order, arrived, took a seat, and waited. There were quite a few mobile orders being handled, which didn’t bother me. However, I was surprised that when my order was completed, it wasn’t placed in the mobile pickup area or called out like the others. I watched other baristas call names and place completed drinks, but mine sat unattended. After waiting for quite some time, I finally went to check and found my drink watered down. I know this may seem like a small inconvenience, but it was disappointing and could have been easily avoided with clearer communication or proper placement of the order.

I ordered decaf & was not served decaf. My heart can not handle caffeine so I always order decaf as one-shot cause I can handle it. Well my heart is pounding & racing like it does when I consume caffeine. How uncool & dangerous for me. My local Starbucks has neve made this mistake. My breakfast sandwich was not thoroughly warmed up
