Asked for extra crispy fries and chicken. I worked for canes for 12 years and know how it looks extra crispy and ours was not. We received our food way too fast for it to be extra crispy also. I would have loved to been pulled and told to park to receive what I actually ordered. Staff was friendly but food was not as I ordered very soggy and disappointing :/ I would have waited the extra time gladly with the money we spent. Nobody likes soggy chicken and flimsy fries.

Live in central. Eat here atleast once a week. 25% of the time they are SO SLOW for a canes. It doesn’t make any sense. Took 16 minutes in the drive through with a screaming baby. It’s 7:30pm. You go to canes because it’s a weeknight and you’ve just finished all the sports and you haven’t cooked. So you’re trying to feed very hungry children without feeling so bad about giving them “fast food”. Canes’ entire business model is built on minimal, fresh, and fast. If you take out the fast part, then I could’ve gone home to whip something up. This is quite literally how Canes not only survives but thrives in this market. DO BETTER. BECAUSE WE KNOW YOU CAN.

Great fried food. If you want to enjoy clogging your arteries, this is the place. Nice bunch of kids working there, too.

It’d be super cool if after handling cash, the girl at the register didn’t hand you your drink cup with her finger inside the cup! Maybe she was having an off day cause she didn’t speak other than to ask me what I wanted then stuck her hand out for the money without even given a total…. then went the finger in the cup. Do better!

So I bring a 32 oz cup through the drive through and I’m thinking that I could just maybe get it rinsed out and get it refills.

NO NOT AT RAISING CANE’S

I get it they don’t want to touch random people’s cups but they didn’t even rinse the cup out or allow me to transfer the liquid without using their plastic cup.

I think I’m done eating at raising canes. Another big billion dollar company that cares only in marketing.

Sometimes we get fries here when we’re really desperate. Sometimes, the fries are so hot they bubble up the toxic styrofoam they serve food in. Other times, the fries are so stale and gross. It’s never great. My least favorite thing is the use of styrofoam leeching out into my fries. The sweet tea is always hit or miss.

If all fast food chains raising Cane’s is a well oiled machine everyday. This one in particular is absolutely awesome

Prices are so so high for the tiny chicken nuggets you get. The people are nice as they want to be, but always in a rush to get you out their way in the drive thru. Food quality has declined dramatically in recent years and most definitely not worth the prices any more. We only go to get my kid food since he likes it – then go elsewhere for the adults food.

We traveled from Florida to Louisiana…a day before the hurricane…to be with family. The day of the hurricane we needed to grab a quick bite on our way to shelter from the storm. Raising Cane’s to the rescue! We were grateful to see that they were open, and serving hot, yummy chicken dishes before a storm! Thank you!
