I’m done with pizza hut. When I was traveling recently I was delivered a pizza that had not even been cooked. Then today I ordered, tipped COUNTER people and they made me stand in an empty vestibule, saying “hello” twice to get their attention, without looking at me, saying anything to me or answering me. I stood there ELEVEN MINUTES before I finally had to ask again could I just get my pizza. Which was cold by the time I drove the five minutes home. Seriously, there are other pizza places in Pinellas park. I don’t want cold pizza. I ordered hot pizza. I’m not kidding when I say I’ll find another option. Pizza city is across the street. Cici is 1 minute away. There have to be other places. Ignoring me for that long and handing me a cold pizza is not cool.

I’m visiting family here in St. Pete and had an appetite for pizza and wings. Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised that the store was clean. I was greeted by the manager who took my order, I believe her name was Heather. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, stuffed crust pizza, meat lover’s, of course and wings. I was in and out in no time. I will be letting my friends and associates know that if they are ever in St. Pete to stop by this particular restaurant and enjoy an overall good experience. Not saying the other ones are bad, I just love this store here and I will definitely be back!

Being on hold for a total of 10 minutes without someone taking your order is a thing. I miss the locations you could eat at. These strip mall take out locations of max corporate profit, min customer satisfaction are the worst.

So I’ve never said anything before but tonight it vexed me. These wings were supposed to be the new hot honey flavor..you see any sauce? And the sauce that is there is definitely regular honey BBQ. Try again pizza hut..just not with me.

I ordered the personal pizza which was supposed to be flatbread and it was not thank God. What I got was a pizza that was about 6 inches wide seem more like a child size than adult size personal pizza I spent almost $10 what really related to about one piece of pizza, so not great value for what you get added a picture and put a pen to it for reference.
