Wow…what a little gem off South Broadway. We went out to celebrate the Broncos win over the Chiefs! And much to our surprise they had a Bronco Roll on the menu!
We got started with miso soup and edemame. Both of which were delightfully light and delicious. We followed that up with tuna sushimi, the broncos roll, the tornado roll and a classic spicy tuna roll. The fish was light and fresh and was well balanced between sweet and salty. Our server was so delightful and did a great job describing the menu items we had questions about. She also surprised us with a slice of Valilla Crepe Cake. That was a first for us. It was a light barely sweet creamy dessert the finished out our celebration meal perfectly.

LOVE this spot! We’ve come here a few times – lunch, dinner, and takeout. All experiences have been fantastic. They are very nice and hospitable and the fish is always fresh! Love their specials too – especially the Uni. Personally I eat at least 4 ikura sushi as a happy bonus treat. ☺️

Wow! Ninja Sushi blew us away! I have a friend visiting from Kansas and we spontaneously decided to try out this restaurant! Not only is their sushi flavorful, but this is probably the most beautifully displayed sushi we’ve ever had! We enjoyed the Japanese Crepe cake for dessert and it just melts in your mouth! We can’t wait to come back! They also offer ramen, so we will try it next time! Try this place out! You won’t regret it!

We had a great experience here. The gyoza was incredibly tender and full of flavor honestly some of the best I’ve had. Everything arrived right on time, and the service was absolutely outstanding attentive, friendly, and professional.
The atmosphere is very cool at the same time, with nice tableware and great attention to detail. You can tell they really care about quality.

We love coming here – the main reason is for the good quality sushi for the low price. You get a lot of delicious sushi for cheap. We’ve been coming here for about a year consistently and have never had a bad roll.

Food was decent overall. But got charged $1.00 for a small side of hot oil. Have never seen that at any food establishment ever. You can see how small the portion was. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

Wow! What a little gem. I took my daughter there for lunch today and was blown away by how great the food and service was. This restaurant is very affordable too! In a time when even fast food costs more than twenty dollars a person, this restaurant is really inexpensive. They have a week day lunch special where you can get two rolls of your choice with soup and salad for under thirteen dollars. We ordered the lunch special, a bowl of tonkatsu ramen, gyoza appetizer, dessert and drinks. It came to a total of only $45. All that food for under $50. The ramen was very flavorful and not salty like other restaurants. The sushi was perfect, not drizzled with sweet crazy sauces, just very simple so you can taste the fish. The waiter was very personable and attentive. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. So glad we have this restaurant near us.
