Me and my wife ordered from this location and everything came burnt and nobody at the location wanted to do anything to help us. We called the store and they acted surly and unprofessional laughing on the phone while we explained the issue we had with our order and she blew us off. The app didn’t want to work for us either so we’re stuck with burnt food and no refund

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now at least once a month and they can never get an order right. We always order the same thing – a large pizza with chicken, onions and banana peppers cooked well done and square cut. We’ve never received a pizza square cut as requested and I’ve even called and they said they put notes on my account. Other times they have completely messed up toppings and almost every time they forget the garlic on the crust. I’ve called several times and just been told they are training new people but never been apologized to. I’ve been to other locations and they’ve gotten the order right so its clearly this location. Don’t go here if you want a good pizza or even good customer service.

This used to be a good dominos. Now it has been horrible for 4 straight visits that I won’t go here anymore. The food is never ready even close to on time. It usually says 7-17 mins and the last two times it has been 30 and 40 mins. While the estimates are bad enough, when you go and pick up there is never a sorry, you are always greeted with attitude and no apology. Bad business.

We ordered a couple pizzas for delivery. They delivered them and set them on the ground outside the door. It looks like they knocked but no one heard them. We have 3 dogs that didn’t alert at all. They didn’t ring the bell or try to call. Just put them on the ground and drove away.
They say outside for 15 minutes in the cold. We called and they couldn’t have cared less. It was 45 dollars for 2 half frozen pizzas. No refund no remake. They started off at a 25 dollar credit , then 30 and finally went to 40 for a 45 dollar order. The tip was on the card. We put them in the trash and lost 45 dollars.

How come the app doesn’t provide refund options if the order is messed up? The only option was a coupon for a future purchase but nothing to “correct” the original order or offer money back.
And then I ordered again, to use the coupon I was given. But I couldn’t just order what the coupon gave for delivery because my bill wasn’t high enough. So they rope you into ordering more. The app tried to charge me and reload 4 different times before the order was placed AND the hand tossed pizza I ordered is burnt and was turned into flatbread cardboard. Will certainly be searching the area for something more consistent. I feel like each time I order seems to be getting worse in some way.

A bit disappointed. I wanted the stuffed cheesy bread and headed it had pepperoni in it, but I guess not. They did, however, put 2 on top. They didn’t even cut it into strips like the bread is supposed to be, it’s just one big chunk (see photo).
Wasn’t impressed with the pizza either. Not enough toppings and cheese had a weird texture to it. Won’t be going back. Friendly enough lady that was at the counter for pick up though.

I’ve had terrible experiences at the Euclid location so decided to go back to Willoughby. Much to my dismay, the quality and service at this location has fallen away as well. After receiving an almost 50 dollar order that was burned to inedible, and being given attitude and over 1 hour wait time for a remake, I cancelled the order, was told to return for a refund, and returned the food only to be told that Domino’s does not give refunds and I would have to take a refire and store credit. I left the food and got the franchise owners contact info (and my wife left a message). Long story short, I was refunded about an hour later. During that time, I spent 12 bucks on frozen pizzas at the Giant Eagle and finally got dinner. Having had 3 bad experiences at Euclid, and a bad experience @ Willoughby, I’m now completely done with Domino’s in general. I CANNOT imagine this being any better at other locations nationwide. What a shame.

Domino’s Pizza has always been really good. Sometimes they have some really great deals. Make sure you pull in the entrance on Route 20. I accidentally went in the exit on Sharp Avenue it was a real pain trying to park Ooops
