Although great atmosphere Service tends not concerned if your dinner and dining experience was good or not. If something is wrong there is little to no attempt to making it better. With what the prices are now to go out for a nice dining experience I would think this would be important.
My waitress waited for 10 minutes after I pointed out that my order was wrong By the time she came back and asked if I wanted something else, the rest of my party was close to being finished.
They did comp my meal, but I left having no meal.

Although many of our dishes were good the buffalo chicken wrap was not good and the fries were like refrigerator cold. The wontons were clearly frozen and overcooked, not very good at all. The service though was the worst! Shea was our server and she forgot to get us drinks, bring boxes or the check and all around just not good service. All in all this will be a skip place for a while.

I ordered the whiskey River burger and a skillet cookie this evening. The skillet cookie looks like someone threw up cookie dough and the burgers themselves were little overdone/burnt. I have been to whiskey river before and never seemed to have this issue so was quite unexpected.

Always fun place to go. Service was excellent. Fish and chips were fabulous. My hubs liked his salmon BLT wrap. Oh and fried mushrooms……..yummy!

Great service. Amazing food and portion size was more than expected. Our waitress was very nice. Another waitress helped me with the doors while I pushed Mom in. Only thing I would have like are automatic doors so more wheelchair accessible. Other than that. I’m definitely coming back.

Stopped here late Saturday night for dinner. Quick service, good food, and decent prices. Got the Raspberry Punch, was a pretty good, sweet cocktail. Got the pretzel bites, they & the queso were delicious. Got the Buffalo grilled chicken mac and cheese and the Whiskey River Burger. The Mac was pretty good, HUGE portion. The burger was also good, the BBQ sauce was pretty sweet. Pretty cheap for two entrees, an app, and a cocktail and fast service- in and out in 45 min

We were looking for a place to go on a Saturday night in the area. (Center Point/Urbana) Ended up at Whiskey River. The place was busy, but we found a table right away.
Great atmosphere, great beer and drink selection, and quite a variety of choices on the menu. Service was friendly and attentive.
I have the Whiskey River burger, Grandson got the tenderloin sandwich. my Daughter got the salmon entree. We all enjoyed our meals and I enjoyed a couple different IPAs. Oh yeah, we’ll be back!

Atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Very relaxed and casual. Our server Jacey (I hope that’s correct) was awesome and helpful. We ordered the tenderloin, fish sandwich, California River burger, and inferno burger. Everybody lived the food taste was wonderful and prices reasonable. Well done folks. Pic is of the California River burger. Only down side is I didn’t have a bigger appetite.

Good restaurant with great service! The food was good and hot. I’m not a fan of fried pickles but theirs were very good. The zesty chicken Parmesan was good and not spicy. The chicken was juicy though slightly over cooked. Clean restaurant and the bathroom was clean too. Will definitely be back.

It is hard to find a good Reuben Sandwich but this place has the best I have ever had!
I personally recommend everything on the menu because if you can make a Reuben Sandwich to perfection you can make anything! I had mine made with Gouda instead of Swiss cheese which made it taste even better.
This place is a jewel! So happy my friend treated me to lunch there and I will definitely be going back for dinner. I heard the fish is to die for.
