I loved everything about this spot! The sushi bar is so nice! You have an amazing view of everything the chefs are working on which is so fun to see. It’s basically dinner and a show.

The fish is incredibly fresh and soooo flavorful. I loved it!

It’s a place for people who want an amazing experience not just to eat! Not necessarily to choose an omakase menu for that. We always choose the bar top for seating. EVERY bite is just a delight and unforgettable experience, the flavors they deliver are just remarkable. Highly recommend to have a sake carafe with a cute little cup on your choice, fun little things – we really love it. Not our first time and def not the last. Delightful!!!!!!!

Came with my lovely friend to celebrate my birthday (Scorpio!) and she definitely picked an amazing spot! There’s ample parking in the parking garage (and it’s free) and the walk to the restaurant is short.

Our waitress, Taylor, was so sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. She provided except service! However, I may add that we were unaware the restaurant closes at 230PM (reopens at 5PM) and we had a reservation for 2PM – which made for a very grumpy sushi chef towards the end of our meal (we finished around 330PM). Nevertheless, the experience and sushi were still very pleasant (we sat at the sushi bar).

We tried the flights of sake and although it was a good experience, I settled on a glass of wine.

We both ordered the lunch omakase and it’s the perfect size and flow. I really enjoyed the katsuo sashimi and the miso soup (it wasn’t overly salty). The nigiri was extremely fresh and tasty – my faves were the chuturo and aki jake! We ordered additional nigiri – 2 unagi and 1 chuturo and 1 sake – my friend received her 2 unagi but unfortunately the sushi chef just gave me an unagi and chuturo – very unfortunate. We ended the meal with a matcha tiramisu and it was divine!

Amazing spot with fresh sushi and attentive waitstaff. Just be sure to check the hours when booking so the experience with the sushi chef will go smooth!

We really wanted like this place….We got Omakase courses, Uni tasting and Sake tasting. Omakase course was okay. They served a lot of white fish…and we did not really enjoy. We should have just ordered from the regular menu. I had some cocktails but they used sesame oil and did not enjoy at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely hands down some of the best sushi I have ever had.
Food, atmosphere, service, all 5 star!

I ordered the chef selection which comes with 12 different pieces hand picked and made by our sushi chef. Every piece was better than the last. Our waitress (did not understand her name) was a delight and assisted us with every question and helped us navigate the menu selection and drinks.
We will absolutely be back.
Thank you for such a wonderful dinner and evening.

We went all out on this dinner! Ordered the omakase, few rolls, sake tasting, appetizers, and dessert. We even purchased some in house bottles of Sake also. The atmosphere, staff, & sushi was exceptional. One of the best sushi restaurants we’ve had in the US! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

I had sushi in Texas, ya’ll…and was pleasantly surprised! Being from LA and having traveled to Japan many times, I was stupefied by the quality of ingredients and the preparation. The fish was fresh and aged properly, the sushi rice was seasoned perfectly, and the nori was served while still crisp.

I opted for their nigiri omakase, which wasn’t necessarily value-priced comparative to LA or NY, but came with 12 nigiri courses (menu changes, as needed). All were sauced well and served in a timely manner. More than that, the service was excellent from start to finish – from reservations to food and beverage service. Shout out to Allie who runs their wine and alcohol program, who took the time to offer advice on the other restaurants I had lined up for the rest of the week of my visit!

I am very skeptical to read about the negative reviews for Namo – I had an impressive experience.

Great experience with delicious food! The quality of the fish, which is flown directly from Japan, is not only visible, but can be tasted in every bite. We had a chef’s guided dinner and it was amazing! The staff is attentive and very friendly. The bar seats only 20 people at a time, so make sure to make a reservation.
