You can see the employee here refuses to open the door even though they are not closed. She has it locked, will not answer the phone or serve me. Will be calling corporate on her. This is the second time I have visited and everything has been excellent. The constant between both visits is the manager has been present. This lady does not play around! There’s only one person who can cash customers out,I had to wait about 7 mins just to place an order (I was the only person in the store at the time beside the couple who was dining in). I finally placed my order at 3:41(its now 4:05 still currently waiting)they forgot to put my order up on the board for the cooks to cook it. The cashier stayed on his phone the entire time he took my order. (very unprofessional) I should have canceled my order but I didn’t because it was red flags from starts to finish. Would not recommend this wingstop at all

I didn’t realize i ordered both dry rubs but also didn’t know that you can request for them to be wet, but still overall the wings was so nasty like omg i was so disappointed, the lady offered me some butter sauce but that actually made it worse, maybe its just this wingstop i hate it

Our server stated she was new so we was patient with her. We ordered handhelds and asked for mac and cheese instead of fries. Our server explained it would be an up charge. We confirmed how much and she said 1.00. We agreed to the charge. We get our bill and we were charged for a handled combo with fries and a side of Mac and cheese. We brought it to the server attention and she insisted that was the up charge. We asked to be charged for just the hand held and the mac and cheese and she was told by the manager it couldn’t be done. We spoke directly to the manager and she said we are charged for the side and not an “up charge”.
At this point we’ve paid for a combo with fries and a side of mac and cheese but only got mac and cheese. We were not able to pay for only what we had. So I requested the fries we paid for. Our sever, although new, did great. However there was no attempt to rectify the issue.

Location had no customers and it still took a while for my food to come out and they did not give me the correct food so I have to drive back up there to get the right food terrible customer service as well when I explained to him on the phone, they were kind of rude Poor service overall
