Last Thursday, March 5th around 7:30 PM I visited this Chipotle and ordered a bowl.
After they finished preparing it and handed it to me, I noticed that on top of the lettuce (the last ingredient added) there was a cockroach head with the antennas sticking out of the bowl.
I quietly informed the cashier because there were several people in line and I didn’t want to create a scene. The cashier showed it to the employee next to him, who I assume was the manager. The only response was a gesture that they would remake the bowl.
There was no proper apology, no explanation, and no effort to address the situation professionally, which was honestly shocking considering this is a serious food safety issue.
The bowl was remade with even less chicken than the original one, and the interaction was handled as if nothing significant had happened.
Finding a cockroach in food is unacceptable anywhere, but what was even more concerning was the complete lack of response from the staff.
I hope corporate takes situations like this seriously, because food safety and customer care should be a priority.
I would appreciate being contacted by management regarding this incident.
If this happened to me, I can’t help but wonder how many other customers never noticed what was in their food.

You’d think with as much as chipotle likes to raise their prices, they could at least PRETEND to care about giving you the appropriate portion for the money you are paying. It’s so infuriating having to click extra portion for everything because you know they will skimp you and they DO SO ANYWAY. Especially this location. Take a look at these bowls and you tell me if they’re appetizing and worth over $40!! Answer is simple: no. This is ridiculous and I want my entire refund from this location as soon as possible.

this place needs to get fix’s NOW !! I see many BAD REVIEWS I usually enjoy Chipotle at other locations , but this location has poor customer service. The employees are uninterested, unprofessional, and more focused on talking among themselves about customers I came in after my girlfriend when I heard the cashier make a joke to the other guy about how my girlfriend was “doing to much “ . I was rushed through the line, my order was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, the staff acted annoyed instead of fixing the mistake.The place itself wasn’t very clean, and overall the experience felt disorganized. Customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately the employees here really brought the experience down. I hope management addresses this because it doesn’t reflect the quality Chipotle is known for. And it was just three people in there ….

Quality has significantly dropped at Chipotle but they continue to raise the price on mediocre food. On 11/5/25 at 7:50pm the Latinas at the food counter are kind, friendly and give big portions to White customers but don’t come here being Black/Brown because then they have a bad attitude, barely give you any portions and the food has bones.

I will not be coming to this chipotle again. My husband ordered a salad bowl. The young lady was literally about to serve him old pink and wilted lettuce. When he asked for fresh lettuce, the lady looked at him as if he was being an inconvenience. Then, we asked if we could also get some fresh pinto beans. (They looked like they had been there for quite some time. There were actually quite a few other items that were still on the line that looked old.) She began speaking in Spanish to her coworker with an attitude (not knowing that my husband is fluent in Spanish) then began to tell us that they were fresh, and that they had just replaced them when it was obvious that they had been there for way longer than they should have been. We decided not to eat there, and wouldn’t recommend this chipotle to anyone. I wish I would’ve gotten a better photo of everything.

I Literally Don’t Even Want To Give One Star! This Is The Messiest, Most Disgusting Bowl I Have EVER Paid For. This Location Is Obviously Understaffed But They Were Only Two People Behind Me & One Of The People Was With Me. If I Wanted A Bowl Of Of What Looks Like Vomit Juice, I Would’ve Went Elsewhere. You tell me? Does it look like this steak bowl was made with great care? It was slapped together as quickly as possible without even paying attention to the portion sizes or like spreading out the lettuce or tomatoes so that it’s not just clumped in the middle of the bowl. I was sort-of excited to seek out this location and come here for dinner on this Saturday night. My feeling was that the employees here could have cared less. The employee who was preparing my bowl attempted to slap in some stale and narley looking sour cream. I had to verbally stop him from doing that, and only then he asked if I would like him to use a fresh batch. My suggestion for anyone thinking about coming here to ear is to definitely pay attention to how they are preparing your food. After taking a few bites, it seems like the ingredients and steak were fresh
