I finally got to try this food truck yesterday, and it was amazing. I ordered boiled peanuts, the okra, and a chicken po boy. There were at least 7 pieces of chicken on that sandwich fried to perfection. She let me taste the okra to make sure it was fried to liking, and it was also perfect. The remoulade for the po boy had a nice horseradish kick and was very flavorful. ai wish I had gotten an extra one to dip my okra in. I will be back next weekend for the shrimp po boy and to try out the Mac n cheese.
