I’ve been in here three times each hoping that the customer service would get better when in actuality it got worse each time staff was very standoffish, no response when I say thank you and stone cold face. I noticed they don’t treat everybody that way. Just certain people if you get the just of what I’m saying I did order a Chicken Pho (twice)and the meat was very dry, and the broth definitely did not taste like the authentic Vietnamese restaurants. The spring rolls were good but I won’t ever go back there again due to the horrible customer service.

Every time my husband goes here, they mess up our order. Last time, we ordered one spicy pho and one not spicy. They switched the lids on our broth and I ended up eating spicy pho and I don’t like spicy. Today, I asked my husband to get me beef pho with veggie, like veggie pho? But added beef but I wanted the beef broth. My husband pointed out there were no veggies and she pointed at the bag of limes and stuff like that”yeah here’s the veggies” and that’s not what we meant at all. I’m very pregnant and like my food the way I like, and today I’m extra sick and just wanted what I wanted and nothing ever comes the way I want. Not to mention the pho itself is mediocre. They also only send 1 packet of hoisin with every bowl and in what world is that enough??? Anyway, I’m moving soon but just wanted to leave an honest review and I’m glad I’ll never have to go here again.

I ordered bibimbap to be delivered. Bibimbap from this place was not what I used to get at other restaurants and I was disappointed It was more like salad than bibimbap. No kimchi or namul. Lots of lettuce, cucumbers and carrots. My friend said his spicy beef was good!

The food was okay. Nothing bad but not like really good Vietnamese food. BUT the service was awesome!!!! Which honestly when you have amazing service and decent food I am good with coming back. My little girl has an allergy to soy and they worked with us to make sure she ate well and was taken care of!

Update: this place has gone down hill. First we got the spring rolls and noticed they thinned down the peanut sauce. Now it’s watery.
My chicken and beef special bowl had 3 pieces of chicken and 3 small thinly slices of beef. The broth was spicy water. Literally no flavor of any kind. I’m really bummed. This used to be a great place to eat. I’d give it 1 star for food and price.

We have eaten here many times. It is always great food and awesome service. The best fresh spring rolls and the peanut sauce is the best. We have had multiple menu items and all have been great. A must eat place.

I go here often. Broth could use more flavor but I like fatty meats so it works for me. It’s not nothing to call home about and it’s not my favorite Pho place but it’s very close to me, service very quick and portions are large.

One of the worst Pho places around. The service is terrible, we waited for five minutes before someone greeted us and gave us a menu. The order took forever and there were only three people in the restaurant. We ordered the pho combo $16 it had a very little meat and the pho broth was too salty. The spring roll was dry. Go at your own peril.

The food is good and I really loved the Thai tea. I had grilled chicken and I loved the chicken sauce and salad dressing. The gyoza is also really good.

Broth was good, nice lady working but be warned with portion of meat. I ordered a medium pho bowl with steak and it had five very small slices. I ordered a side of meat and out came four thinly sliced pieces for a total of 9 very small slices of meat at $23. Photo is with all meat added.

Please do not eat here. Save your money. $80 later and we could barely eat this food. This used to be a great place. Now it’s just overpriced and you can barely choke the food down. I always order meatball and tendon every pho place. This by far was the worst quality, gamey, hard chewy tendons I have had in my life. The tendons changed the smell and taste of my broth compared to my boys. Absolutely disgusting. I had a taste of my son’s sandwich and it was like they put mustard in a bahn mi? Who does that? We’re out of the pandemic so why keep the veggies in a sandwich bag? Serve it on a plate because you charge – lot of money for a bowl of pho! I am sitting in your dining room and not taking it to go. My bubble tea had hard rocks in it that they called tapioca. Seriously I will never come back to this restaurant again. I did not have one good thing on our table. Disappointed and regretful. 0 stars should be an option.
