Sakura is usually one of my favorite spots when you go to the right location, but I had a terrible experience at this one. First of all, the service was very poor, and as soon as I walked in, I could tell the place was filthy. I ordered a sweet tea, and there was a roach inside one of the ice cubes. When I brought it to their attention, the lady simply said, “I’m sorry,” took the cup, and brought me another drink as if nothing had happened. After that, I did not touch anything. Attached are pictures of the ice cubes as proof.

Very filthy! The nori was discolored and appeared old and unappealing. The service was bad. Speaking extremely loud Vietnamese. The air wasn’t working and was hot. They had a window open next to our booth. The curtains were filthy and dusty was everywhere. Just an extremely horrible experience and it cost 95 bucks for food we didn’t want to eat. We should have left but stayed regardless. Never going back!

The food was delicious but it took almost an hour to come out. The waiter maybe checked on us once throughout the whole meal. We went there about 8 and didn’t leave till 9:23. I got the steak teriyaki which was delicious it came with fried rice miso soup and salad. Me and my husband weren’t the biggest fan of the rice but overall the food is delicious

The hibachi chef was rude barely did a show and over sauced everything and didn’t cook the vegetables at all. The smell of smoke upfront is overwhelming. We spent over 150.00 for my son’s birthday. Will not come back.

It was an enjoyable experience eating at this location. My food was hot and freshly prepared. Everything tasted great, and the waiter checked on us often. I ordered the dinner Bento Box with the steak teriyaki and also the crab rangoons. I recommend to give this place a try if you’re in the area.

This is the worst “Hibatchi” I’ve ever had. We prefer mixed vegetables and it was literally just cut up lettuce. Everything was individually packaged when it should’ve been cooked together. The Noodles looked just like store bought ramen. Wasted $40. Do not eat here you will be disappointed.

The sushi was absolute garbage… the seaweed was disgusting. Grocery store sushi is a million times better. Idk what soup they served with it but it was decent & the customer service was crap. The guy couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone the entire time.

Absolutely no. The cloth on the chairs are torn up. They could at least invest in new chairs and learn customer service. The host was VERY rude. Couldn’t sit where we wanted. We were absolutely told where to sit without any option. So we turned around and walked out.

Reading other recent reviews, I was apprehensive about trying this place, but my experience was pleasant enough. I was seated quickly, with satisfactory service. I had crab Rangoon and a volcano roll, which were both tasty.
Agreed with other reviews that there is a bit of a strange smell to the place, and the tables could use refinishing. Overall though I thought it was fine.
