There is this pleasant woman who prepares the food and although the food is great, I always have the burger, her name is Angeline and she’s one of those people that you immediately feel warm around. Her energy and vibration is so amazing you know she’s got an amazing soul. A little gift from God.

This place is a gem tucked away right off of I-95 in the Mobil gas station. If you want good southern food cooked to order, this is your spot. I came for breakfast, and got two pancakes, 2 scrambled eggs, and bacon. They were very generous with the portions, and the food was delicious. The ladies behind the counter were very nice, and the food is reasonably priced. This would be a great place to stop and eat while traveling, or just to come and enjoy if you’re in the area. I definitely plan on visiting again!

Long road trip. Searching for stops right off the highway. The cafe is part of the Mobil station. Plain Jane, straightforward burgers served fast, hot and delicious. Great value for the buck.

Inside the Florence travel plaza. With my trainer who frequents this location. Staff is always so sweet here. I had the lunch social today. My lunch special was your choice of meat, I chose Pork chop (your choice grilled or fried)
With 3 sides of your choice & drink. When I say I was pleased. I’m a southern girl so of course I washed it down with my cool ice tea. ( picture don’t do it justice) lunch was good!

Got a breakfast sandwich and potatoes, ran me about $9 bucks or so . Had them put it all on a sandwich as they didn’t have any wraps . Was tasty and well seasoned. It’s a nice a little plus , maybe a tad pricey for some people compared to a commercial truck stop sandwich but if you rather have it cooked fresh rather then a pre made on id say make a stop by.

Although decidedly un fancy, I absolutely love this place. My son put me onto it years ago and I’ve been going back ever since. This is a great place to go for a hand padded hamburger patty that taste like real food. I had a cheeseburger and crinkle cut fries, and all of it was delicious. The fries were fried perfectly, they were crunchy on the outside and like mashed potatoes on the inside. The burger was seasoned well and cooked to perfection.
In a time when most premade hamburger patties have the texture of ground up gym mat and the flavor of old newspaper, this place is a real breath of fresh air.
Go on in and take a load off. Have an excellent meal cooked to perfection and enjoy yourself.

Was traveling from Florida to VA and got hungry. I googled restaurant near me on Google maps and this popped up I almost missed the turn as it popped up just before the exit. I was glad we stopped. It was a cafe inside a gas station/ truck stop. My husband and I ordered a chicken and cheese and he ordered a Philly steak. It was in Texas toast and we got fries with it. It was so delicious and cooked to order. My husband ate his all ( which is unusual) we normally share food. I could not finish mine and brought back home to VA and heated it in air fryer and it still was yummy. It’s definitely worth stopping by if in the area. Great food cooked to order and reasonably priced

Nice homey feel, like a local burger joint . The two young ladies behind the counter made me and my husband delicious cheeseburger and fries dinner. They also offer breakfast. I’m happy we stopped there versus a chain restaurant, so tired of those places where no one seems to care. The place was clean, the bathroom was clean, we were able to get drinks and gas and we were on our way 🙂 Thank you!
