Line took forever even tho i was the only car in the drive thru. Customer service was okay. Lady working @ 4am tried to charge me extra for Ranch & BBQ sauce. Last time i checked that was free & they gave hella without a problem. Overall food was okay but could have been better. Spent $30+ on 2 meals smh

Been there a few times and almost every time the mess up my order or the food is horrible. Last week they forgot my fries and when I got them they where way over salted and stale. When I took a bite of my burger it was super stale . Today they gave me way over salted fries and stale burger and fries. Too top it off I could smell marijuana coming from behind the counter area. Even though it’s legal why would come into work high knowing you might not be able to work. I wouldn’t recommend going here. I’m done with this place. I will be contacting the corporate offices.

My woman had to use the restroom here and they asked her for her receipt in order to use it!! I can see if my lady looked like a transient and like she would thrash the restroom, but she is very well kept and just needed the bathroom!! All one stars for not being of service to the public and this particular Carl’s will NEVER receive any of our money!!!

Ordered 5 spicy chicken lettuce wraps and 2 lrg fries. Guy at the window was very polite. It took 28 min for us to get our order and we were the only customers in line. We got home and the lettuce is a single leaf on each side instead of the traditional 2 or 3 leafs. There was sooooooooo much mayo on them that it felt like you were eating just mayo. The leafs were soooooo old and had a rubbery texture. I called the number on this but there number is out of service. Going in tomorrow morning to address this. Fries were AMAZING THO 🙂

This location is the only one that I’ve been to that charges 25¢ per packet of sauce. That is ridiculously pricey for a tiny packet of dip.
I opened the bag to check my burgers were made correctly, took off onions, and the zucchini was tipped upside down in bottom of bag. The employees just watched as I picked through the bag to put them back into the container…reduced Service from 4 stars to one.

Best Carl’s I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot! Food was hot and fresh and the girl who took my order was very friendly and helpful. I will be stopping at this location in the future!

They charge for everything including having to give few items requested given 2 napkins and only one ketchup for a family of 3 over all I brought a super cheeseburger combo that the hamburger didn’t have 2 meats just one and large that I couldn’t order due to insufficient supplies. Most importantly the restaurant is disgusting no proper cleaning on the table and seats. I would advise never come here
