Being a southerner the biscuit isn’t bad but it’s not one you’d write home about . It’s a bit rigid and I understand it must hold up to the chicken. But the biscuit could be better , could be buttery. I’m a bit of a biscuit fanatic and this just isn’t one I’m crazy over . Portions are great the chicken parts are great sized and cooked well . I ordered a cup of sausage gravy to try and I think I received that but it had no sausage in it .. it had a good taste , you’ll either like or dislike the consistency it’s a bit thin but like I said If what I received wasn’t just gravy. It’s a good spot I have now been here twice over a couple of years , if they were in Delaware I’d frequently stop in i just love to eat things on a biscuit. The staff is nice and I haven’t seen another place refill ice coffee for free ..

Their biscuits are the best I’ve ever had in Jersey. They remind me of the ones we get down in OBX.
Great food, my only complaint was that their loaded breakfast fries were really salty. If I could make one suggestion on that dish, keep a batch of unsalted fries to the side just for when people order that dish, the gravy they put on them has plenty of flavor already.
As far as value goes, my wife and I are eaters and we both couldn’t finish our dishes. So the price isn’t bad considering you will get two meals out of it. Can’t wait to go back again.

A delicious and savory biscuit sandwich so big you’ll need a fork and knife to eat it!
I had the Early Bird Biscuit which had fried chicken, herb gravy and a sunny side up egg, it was amazing and I will be getting it again!
Vegan Options include: vegan french fries covered in vegan queso chipotle lime and avocado, vegan Mac and cheese, Herbavor vegan Biscuit sandwich.
We had the Fresh lemonade with berries, so good I wish it was bigger!
Dining in on a rainy day was limited, but sat at the bar and it was fine.
They do have outdoor seating for when it’s nice out.
The kitchen is just behind the counter so you can see them prep the food, but that means it smells delicious in there!

Stopped in for breakfast at Blair Mountain and wow the biscuits were so fresh and fluffy and packed with flavor. The experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with and questions and were very kind to us. The portions are plenty so make sure you bring a appetite. I was highly impressed with the service and the quality of food they served. Will definitely be back in highly recommend anyone to check them out!

Amazing food!!! Jersey is not known for the biscuits just bagels and pizza. Being from the south i had to give this place a try. The fact that the restaurant has a wall of hot sauces to pick from, says a lot about the food they are going to serve. I got the spicy chicken biscuit. Be prepared to fill up while you’re there. Amazing food and great staff.

Fast service and the food was so good! I will be going back for the classic chicken biscuit sandwich again very soon. Not a lot of indoor seating however didn’t wait very long for a table to clear and the takeout service is just as fast. Lots of outside seating once it’s warmer! Staff was very friendly and everything was delicious. They have a wall full of hot sauces to try which was also nice. Will be going back and trying new things again soon.

For a place that doesn’t look too attention grabbing on the outside, this place is amazing! The service is great and the food is phenomenal. If I had the same metabolism that I did 10 years ago, I’d be there weekly, but it’s probably for the best I don’t!

Ok ok ok, visiting the area for a concert in Philly and my friend (incredibly unaware) has been hiding this secret from us for 3 years. Everything was AMAZING, it’s like red lobster biscuits for breakfast/lunch. And bonus points for the hilarious 30 Rock references in the menu!

Best breakfast we’ve had in a long time! Biscuits are savory and everything is packed with flavor. Don’t skip the homemade sauces and hotsauce wall! Service is super fast and fresh, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We will absolutely be back!
