I had the chicken, broccoli, and bacon Alfredo…delicious! They brought our food out right away, which was hot and tasty, and plenty to have leftovers. We loved eating out of an actual bowl with real silverware, too! Thanks for a great lunch for the family!

This is what you get if you order through Door Dash. I order this all of the time, from this location and Indiana Ave. This is the worst. How does anyone let this go out the door? It looks, taste, and smells burnt. And the person in charge said, “sell it”. This seems blatant to me because I noticed as soon as I opened the bag. But no one noticed before it left the store????

First time customer and wasn’t disappointed. Small Mac was a decent portion. Kids options were perfect. Cashier was polite and the gentleman serving was very kind. Would like option for additional sauce/seasoning. Needs some decor to get rid of the corporate minimalism.

I placed a pickup order at this store on 2/3. The food was great but customer service was not. I was surprised that our drinks were already made for us when other stores I have walked in and made my own, not a big deal though I was happy to be on my way a little quicker. This was fine except that when I had asked which drink was which I got a very rude response from the woman stating that “they are labeled on the lid but it’s hard to tell bc it’s clear”. She proceeded to tell me what they were very rudely. I said ok, grabbed my order and went to my car. As I was passing the food around to my family in the car some of us noticed that the drinks tasted bad. Like either the syrup was running low or the carbonated water was having an issue. It was not balanced and was very bitter. I went in and kindly told the same employee who rudely told me I could make myself new ones. So I made three new ones (Diet Coke, regular coke and Dr Pepper) tasted them again and still bitter and gross. I again very politely told the employee again who snapped back with “we just had the machine serviced yesterday so I don’t know what else to tell you!” I ended up settling for some sprites that again tasted off but were tolerable and left. I believe woman with the short hair may have been the manager by the way she spoke to me and her employees in the store. This store was not busy, there was no one placing an order at the counter and there was only a couple of occupied tables in the store. I’m not sure why she was so rude to me right out the gate when I was simply trying to let them know that there may be a problem with the drinks and maybe needed to change the syrup in the machine. I have ordered takeout and door dash from this store in recent weeks while my kid was in the hospital with no issues. This day I parked in the handicap spot (my kid is in a wheelchair) and came in and was treated with such disrespect that I doubt I’ll come back to this location.

Food has always been great and with good portion size even after the price increase. Clean dining area. Polite and prompt staff. Never had to wait long for our order.
Only “weird” thing about this location is some staff member must not have a babysitter. There were 2 little kids who appeared to be using the restaurant as an afterschool daycare. They were walking around the dining area with their electronics and occupied the entire counter next to the registers where mobile/takeout orders are supposed to be picked up.

Came in there to redeem a gift card. the gift card was not showing a balance. They do not have an 800 number for support whether it be for the customer or the store itself. I was very frustrated with the situation. However, Megan, the manager, made things right
I am very happy to see that they have gender-neutral bathrooms

My green curry pasta with shrimp was really good and had a good amount of spice. I loved that the shrimp was bite size not salad sized. Its my time here so I did not know what to expect. My family enjoyed the pasta as well. Mac and cheese with bacon is good for the little ones. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom could have used a little cleaning but otherwise I enjoy the experience.

This was my first time trying this company. It was disgusting! I ordered through Uber eats I got my order fast but everything tasted burned or reheated including the garlic bread. My meatballs weren’t fresh as you would think they would be they taste as if they were delivered frozen and reheated for the day. The sauce tastes like Ragu….maybe I was kidding myself to think a place that ONLY does pasta would have fresh ingredients. It resembles Fazoli’s but ironically Fazoli’s is better and that’s sad.
I called the store to make sure my order was correct I spoke with a Megan who didn’t ask me how my day was even though I asked her, she seemed irritated with my call. Bring the undercover boss show back geesh!

The food is good. The cleanliness is not so good. What I don’t get is why they ask for you to tip them when you are literally serving yourself and taking it out the door. It makes no sense why they have the audacity to give you more money on top of their base pay. It’s like they’re begging the customers to pay them when their employer isn’t? Will they stop letting you buy food here if you don’t give them a tip? And who gets the tip? I think it’s just dumb if I order food there to take out, the restaurant acts as if you served me. If you act like this is normal business practice, you are wrong. I don’t see McDonald’s doing this, or any other fast food place, for that matter.
