My wife and I absolutely love this place. Teriyaki Bowl Japanese Grill has really opened up her palate to foods she had never tried before, and now she’s completely hooked. It’s been so fun watching her discover new flavors here.
The ramen is always delicious—rich, comforting, and the kind of meal that warms you up in the best possible way. On a cold day especially, a bowl of their ramen just hits perfectly. Everything we’ve tried has been great, and the menu has a nice variety with ramen, sushi, and bubble tea, so there’s something for everyone.
What really makes this place special though is the staff. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. Today I accidentally selected “dine in” on the kiosk when I actually needed the food to go. Once ramen is assembled, everyone knows it’s not something you can easily undo—but they went above and beyond and remade the order so it could be packed properly for takeout, completely free of charge. That level of care for customers really stood out.
The restaurant itself is very clean, cheerful, and inviting, and the atmosphere almost feels like taking a small trip to Japan. It’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to again and again.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. If you’re looking for great ramen, friendly service, and a welcoming spot for Japanese comfort food, this place is absolutely worth visiting.

An inviting and reliable place for a yummy meal with supportive amiable staff. I shift in favor of dine in versus delivery for great views of the sky, as captured in pictures. Different but still good atmosphere on rainy or dreary days too! Ramen helps with that. Wonderful place for casual hobbies or brainstorming as well, especially the bench area!

The comments lead us to this cool spot. As soon as you walk in, the aroma of the store smells so good. We got the unagi sushi burrito and the beef brisket pho and both were flavorful and delicious. Pho was huge which we shared. Bubble tea were yummy too. Fast service and friendly folks. Definitely will be stopping here for my pho and bubble tea fix.

I found about this place about a year ago. This place is so amazing. The food is so flavorful, staff are amazingly sweet, and the restaurant environment is just so uplifting. I love to order the chicken teriyaki and it is BOMB. So happy this place is not too far from my house. You won’t regret coming here!! (The pic I already ate some chicken that’s the reason it’s a smaller portion haha) :))

So I posted a review for this place around when they first opened. I went for a few weeks and it was pleasant. I then remembered it a year or so later and decided to go back.
It was nice and the employees were pleasant, until things weren’t anymore. On two separate occasions I had an employee be quite rude to me. It was over their deal at the tablets they have. If you leave a review with a Google account, they will allow you to buy one get one free boba. Now there was no limit listed to how many times a customer is allowed to use this deal. So for a month I would go in once a week and use the deal.
One day the deal wasn’t available on the tablets and I asked about it. The woman at the counter was very rude to me and said “No. It’s not there. There is no deal except the gift cards.” The issue was the tone she used was very hostile. I still ordered the drink since I was with my Grandmother. She even asked me after we left if the lady just didn’t like me and I had no idea why she was very rude about it.
I didn’t go back for a few weeks. My family and I decided to order almost one hundred dollars worth of food. A few days later I decided to go back and order a drink. I showed a new review I left on their page. That same woman came storming out and yelled this time saying “No! You used it too much! One per customer! My manager said you order too much!” I still bought the drink with no issues, but I don’t like how rude she is to me every time I go in there. I wasn’t ever told that there was a limit with the deal they had on their screens and no one else had ever given me a problem about it. If I had been told nicely that I used it too much, I wouldn’t have minded at all! I still bought a drink with no issues since I really enjoy them.
It was such a weird interaction and I refuse to go back now because I feel so uncomfortable. I don’t like leaving bad reviews for places. I actually really enjoy their drinks. Their food is good, their onigiris being the best! I just feel so uncomfortable now and I haven’t been back in the past month because of that reason. I don’t know if I would recommend going there anymore just due to that. Everyone else in the restaurant is extremely pleasant so it was just very odd.

Wow; super impressed by this spot! Brown sugar boba was fantastic, and both the sushi rolls and sushi burrito were spot on! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu

My 2 teenagers and I decided to try this place for lunch for the first time. We’ve been to a similar place like this where you order at a kiosk which is fine. What I did not like was a tip of 18% is automatically included which you must UNCLICK which occurred at the similar location so I was very aware when we went to the checkout screen. IMO a tip should be given AFTER service and if a server is physically taking your order and from time to time is checking up on you. Once our food was ready it was brought to our table with not much said except for asking whose dish went to whom. No “enjoy”, or “have a nice meal”. We weren’t even greeted when we entered the establishment. We’ve been in similar places and have always been greeted. For the 3 of us it was $112 while I understand it’s sushi I thought that was a bit much for the amount of food we got. Additionally, they had a lot of merchandise for sale which was a bit odd. Maybe some people like that but I thought this was a place to eat. All of us thought the food was just okay, we’ve been to a number of sushi places which have been better. At least we gave it a try and most likely won’t return.

Amazing experience! We told them we don’t eat anything with alcohol, and they carefully checked every dish to make sure it met our needs. So considerate and detail-oriented! The food was fresh, delicious, and the service was excellent. We left happy and will definitely be coming back!

I absolutely love coming here for food and boba! I highly recommend getting one of their onigiris! It’s a great price for a quick to-go lunch. Their boba and lemonades are also very delicious! Plus the atmosphere is fantastic!
