From the DM to managers and the other staff members, everyone gives a warm welcome every time. The hospitality is superb, and my son and I enjoy sitting in to eat. The restrooms are clean too.

That lady (cashier) was rude! I wanted to pick up my mobile order, and she said our system was broken and you have to cancel it, but there was no option to cancel the order in the app, so I asked how to cancel, and she just left me without saying anything at all and never came back.

Was in drive thru for 10 minutes with no answer at the speaker box. Pulled up to window to order and the older ladies got rude claiming I jumped the line. I had 6 cars in line behind me. I didn’t jump the line. They got rude for me because they didnt do their job and acted ill because they didn’t want to take my order at the window.

Food was very mushy and greasy and not fresh. Chicken pot pie was just carrots and potatoes, no chicken. Ordered the dark meat that comes with 4 drums and 4 thighs and instead of them telling me they didn’t have drums they put small chicken wings to replace the drums. Will not be back.

I ordered 2 buckets of original recipe. The service was fine and it was ready when I arrived, however, the chicken was soggy, not crispy. The soggy breading slid off most of the pieces as we pulled them out of the bucket, and at the bottom of one of the buckets were 2 scorched black pieces. I was embarrassed to serve this and won’t be returning.

It’s a shame that I paid $13 for a five piece tender meal and the people that work in there obviously can’t count. I received a three piece tender instead of a five and I won’t ever waste my money there again.
