Terrible serving the pizza!!! I ordered for half pepperoni and Hawaiian for to go when I open the box look how they serving you!!! I called them and I spoke to the person telling me to make it a new one that’s hilarious!!!! Dude if you not happy your job place go and apply another job do not put the store look bad because of your feelings not happy in there!!! Be thankful atleast for my 1 star!!!

I ordered Domino’s Pizza from the Rutherford location and my delivery consisted of three pizzas in which one came incorrect. I’m thinking it might have been mixed up with a different order and someone received my pizza and I received theirs. The other two pizzas were correct. After calling Domino’s to inform them of the pizza that came incorrect, they offered to have a free pizza delivered for a future date. Today I cashed in on that offer and placed an order. It took over an hour to get my pizza. From my experience with this location on the two orders that I have made, I don’t think that I will order from here again. Not only did I receive an incorrect order, but the second time to make up for that order I had to wait over an hour. I will say the pizza did come correct the second time, however, being that it was delivered to my job, I was unable to eat the pizza on my lunch break since it came so late. Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy a fresh hot pizza on the delivery of the replacement of the first incorrect order. Maybe I will try the Wood Ridge location next time if they will deliver to East Rutherford.

Disappointing Experience with Undercooked Pizza
I recently ordered a pizza from Domino’s and specifically requested it to be well-done. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the pizza was not properly cooked, leaving it doughy and underwhelming. I even called ahead to ensure the well-done request was noted, but it seems like that detail was completely overlooked.
This is frustrating because it feels like my request wasn’t taken seriously, despite the fact that I went out of my way to make sure the pizza would be cooked as I wanted. A well-done pizza should not have doughy or raw spots, but this one certainly did.
I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves the attention to detail on special requests. It’s disappointing to pay for a meal that doesn’t meet basic expectations.

Steven was on time and polite, followed directions of notes when delivering pizza. This was not my first time ordering from this location. Today, surprised me though due to pizza and breadsticks with cheese burnt. Pictures says more. Pizza was still nice and HOT. Hopefully, it was just one of those days were cook was not themselves.

Giving 3 stars because first time having bad experience at this place. I ordered pizza with cheesy bread, but cheesy bread was unbaked. I called to the store and advice keep the bread and hand over the unbaked bread to driver we will send you new one. The promise given by the store operator was false. I been calling them from past 4 hrs and same answer I am getting it will send someone. It doesn’t matter to me to get new one or not it is just about the service they are providing. Never want to post anything but long wait and still not delivered my cheesy bread as promised made me post this to help other customers.

I love pizza but this was the worst pizza ever! The crust was so limp it was like eating off a wet dishrag! And 21.00 for a pizza that I couldn’t even finish was robbery! There was absolutely no flavor to the sauce and there was too much cheese which also had no flavor. (Is there such a thing?!) I ordered the stuffed crust and it was awful! The garlic glaze that they put on was overpowering and added nothing to the final product. The delivery was fine although not timely. And ordering online was confusing at best. There were too many choices on the website yet none of them specific enough to find what I wanted. Dominoes needs to seriously up their game if they are going to compete with the neighborhood shops. Do not fall for the hype of the commercials!
Do not order from Dominoes, you’re not that desperate! Go somewhere else or make it yourself! If I could give this zero stars I would. What a waste of money!

Voices Carry
Ordered wings that were undercooked! You must tell them you want well done chicken per their manager. SMH chicken is supposed to be cooked thoroughly. Will not order again!
