Got A cup of coffee. Asked for two creams five sugars. I think they gave me five sugars two creams… My coffee, barely change color and it was so sweet. I couldn’t even drink it.! Not happy

This is, by far, the nastiest McD we’ve ever been to. McDonald’s is now a brand that I don’t trust.
There were a crazy amount of flies. A serious amount. The woman I placed my order with was just swatting them away from her face, as if this was “normal”. If there’s that many flies in the lobby, imagine how many are in the kitchen where the food is?
There were dirty, sweaty, barefoot people just hanging out inside. Had NO food/drink, just sitting/hanging out with seriously nasty dirty feet. Then, another dirty sweaty guy came in and begged everyone for money.
We were there so Hubby could get a soda, but it was warm, and the thought that a dirty employee added more ice (to the machine) which was visited by flies, in a fly friendly bucket was just too disgusting.
As we left, we saw a group of 4 dirty, sweaty, (a few) shirtless men walking across the street to go in.

Absolutely disgusting. Took 10mins to even get someone to acknowledge we were there to take our order; we should have just left. Multiple flies buzzing around, the “kitchen” looked gross, random junk on the floors and it looked like it hasn’t seen a mop ever. Staff were unkept looking and dirty themself, needless to say once looking at the food, we didn’t eat it. Lettuce in the snack wrap was wilted and brown, the chicken was cold and also a weird shade of brown and the fries smelt like stale oil and were cold. Didn’t feel like getting sick from the food.

Took a whole hour for our food and we still did not get our 4 Carmel Coffees. We order our food at 9:50 we got our food at 10:46. I wait for the coffees for 10mins. I just left without my coffees.

It looks a bit short staffed they weren’t paying attention to the costumers in lobby and it looked pretty packed at 9:50 I ordered my order and I got everything but my four iced Carmel coffees and it’s 11:07 now either give me a refund for my coffees or give them to me already plz and thank you

I came from out of town late needing a quick bite and I knew i was very close to closing time but the woman that took my order in drive through was so sweet and cheerful, she still took my order when most would’ve said its too late and she sounded happy to do it, thank you so very much! McDonald’s Wolf Point, Montana: A Disaster
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the McDonald’s in Wolf Point, Montana. My order was placed at 10:20 AM on the in-store kiosk, yet I waited over 40 minutes before receiving any acknowledgment.
When I finally inquired about my order, I was met with a shocking response: the staff informed me that they could not fulfill my order because breakfast was over. This was despite the fact that I had placed my order well before the supposed cutoff time.
To make matters worse, the kitchen was in a state of chaos. The floor was littered with food and drink spills, employees were pouring drinks from open cups, and staff were mishandling food items. I even witnessed an employee stomping on a garbage can that was overflowing.
After waiting for an exorbitant amount of time and witnessing such unsanitary practices, I demanded a refund. Even then, I was met with indifference and further delays.
I would give this McDonald’s a negative rating if it were possible. The service was appalling, the food safety practices were unacceptable, and the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. I urge others to avoid this location at all costs.

Had to put one star but 0 stars for this place.. I can’t even believe the audacity of the people who work in here.. we ordered on the kiosk right in front of the counter.. they clearly saw us order.. we waited over half an hour as well as at least 4 other people there that never got their order in the time we were there. We went to the counter after waiting half an hour and said can we get our money back because they were ignoring all the customers standing there..and then they ignored us when we said that.
It was also very dirty in the kitchen area.. will not be returning to this McDonald’s again.. very disappointed!
