My work buddy suggested eating here and I’m so glad she introduced me to it! It’s like Chipotle but even healthier. I didn’t know what to choose so I pretty much let the employee choose for me. I had chicken for a protein and the meal was filling, super healthy and a comparable price to McDonald’s or Burger King! I

I totally intend to eat here again!

Currito is simply amazing! The food is high quality and delicious. The possibilities are pretty much endless here. Everything is so customizable, so if you Built your Own and didn’t like it, its all on you. The veggies are crisp and the meat is freshly cooked and seasoned to perfection. Bowls are made beautifully with neat lines and bright colors. The actual store is clean and open, the employees are ready to help and serve. You need to try this place!

I’ve recently been tasked with making low sodium meals for a family member and am limited to what I can purchase pre-made. Thank goodness I discovered Currito in Glenview, and only a short drive from home. Their website let’s you review all the nutritional details (including sodium content) and you can remove/add ingredients and watch the number adjust with each change. So very helpful and the food tastes good even with the limited salt — my “patient” loved it. We customized the Harissa, Harvest, and spicy Thai salad. It was kind of dead when I picked up my order at 7pm — maybe it was due to the hour and all the snow. I really hope this place makes it. Great option for eating healthy!

This place is a hidden gem! Very clean(!!!), staff is welcoming, and the food is very well made and fresh, with interesting options like lemon couscous or mango salsa. I’m kinda feeling sorry for them that people are more likely to choose Chipotle over them just because it’s popular and more known, but lower quality for sure.

I had a fantastic experience at Currito Glenview! The customer service was excellent friendly, fast, and very attentive. I ordered the Bangkok Bowl with chicken and a Build Your Own Wrap with steak, and both were absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and everything tasted super yummy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Currito for anyone looking for a fresh and flavorful meal with top-notch service!

Delicious, fresh customizable bowls and wraps with unique ingredients. Can top your order with everything from curry chickpeas to creamy guac. Far superior to Chipotle, with reasonable prices and friendly employees. Exceptional!

Build your own bowl was very good, kind of like a Chipotle alternative. My sister and I both ordered berry blend smoothies but both looked different. The berry blend smoothie was watered down though.

Got a build your own bowl last weekend, to go, and while eating at home, realized there was an object amongst my food – and it was a piece of metal Brillo pad! When I was going down the ingredients line in the restaurant, the manager/owner(?) had one of the ingredient trays out, and was scrubbing the ice water pan with a Brillo pad. Would like them to stop doing this practice with open food trays nearby because obviously Brillo breaks off – it’s just a jumble of metal spaghetti. SO GLAD I DIDN’T SWALLOW IT, but the rest of my meal was ruined out of worry of more pieces (and I had just started eating and they were already closed for the night). There’s no contact info to email.

(2023 review) I got a bowl + tofu (extra charge) for dine in. The employee answered my questions about seasonings and vegan options. He let me see a chart which denoted vegan ingredients too.

The food was fresh! There are bathrooms. You can either choose from different types of items on the menu or go down the line and pick out your ingredients while they build your bowl or burrito. I chose the latter as I was choosing vegan and wanted to customize. You can get sauces/ingredients on the side in little cups.

Would be nice to have ceramic plates, utensils, and water cups for dine in to minimize waste.

The trash cans do not have an option to recycle the plasticware and plastic cups.

If you don’t get any tofu, guacamole, add one, the bowl and/or wraps are priced at $8.29/ea (pretax).

This place was very average. I regularly go to healthy spots like crips greens & sweet greens and this place just did not do it right. It didn’t taste well and is very overpriced. I would not go here again. The kind thins they did was my daughter did not like the avocado. I tasted it too and it had a weird bad taste to it so they remade her bowl which was kind. Customer service was good. Food is average.
