I love the V1 vermicelli special. It is my favorite out of all the Vietnamese restaurants I have been to! I always otder more pork meatballs and fried eggrolls for my bowl. Also order the lemongrass pork bahn mi. Delicious soy butter and fresh veggies and herbs.

The chicken salad was ahhhmazing. Their homemade soy dressing is delicious and made my entire dish pop off perfectly. Would highly recommend this salad, it comes with a side of rice and cilantro and when you mix it all together it’s extremely filling. The atmosphere was okay, a little dated to be honest and the service could’ve been a lot better. It wasn’t bad, but my server barley spoke to me and never checked back on me either. Overall would eat here again.

I moved to TN from CA a few years ago. It took a while to find a good pho spot, and I have found a few, but my fiance and I drove about an hour to get this pho on the weekends when we have time. I get the special combination pho and my fiance loves their bun bo hue. Boba and great flavors. If you’re in the area and you need some great pho, definitely check this place out. Also, the pork lemongrass spring rolls are fantastic.

Food-I got the pho special. The pho was unseasoned in every way shape and form. It was just hot water to me basically. The fried wontons was very good. Disappointing.

Service was fine but we were not checked up on.

Atmosphere- they have deflated happy birthday and 2025 balloons on the walls, but th restaurant was clean.

Man I ain’t going to lie but I’m glad I made my choice to satisfy my viet craving for Bun Bo Hue, it was so tasty and rich. Service is as usually nice as it comes and goes, but the food…man I can’t beat that. Plus the place looks really nice and is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, It’s amazing.

Definitely try the pho, you can’t go wrong with any of them, I can 100% vouch for those with culinary explorers. I know I got a lot more to try, but this will be my go-to for Viet food going forward!

We ordered several dishes and were pleased that each one met expectations. The Spring Rolls were exceptionally fresh, and the Oxtail Pho was tender. While the Fried Pork Chops could have been more tender, they were still flavorful. The service was fast and accurate. The restaurant was also clean. We will be returning.

Tofu and veggie pho, didn’t have to wait to be seated and didn’t have to wait long for the pho. Definitely had a different taste than the chicken or rare beef pho but still tasty. Can’t remember if I went with the veggie broth, which I probably did. Just a lil more pepper and some hoisin sauce and it was good to go. Enjoy the left overs with more noodles for dinner.

Food was delicious but the bubble tea was perfect! I took 1 to go.

*updating* We ate here very often before we moved. We’ve had ever bubble tea flavor, all are yummy. Do yourself a favor and order a Thai Ice Tea. Soooo good. Very friendly staff and I honestly like dining area because its spacious. Pho is really yummy here and I love their rolls.

This was my first time trying Vietnamese cuisine. I don’t like it. First off, the meal didn’t come made, I had to put it together. Secondly, some of the sprouts tasted like dirt. The best thing was the fresh jalapenos, it gave the soup the perfect little kick. For someone who likes and is used to this kind of food, it probably met expectations. I just couldn’t eat it.
