This is a great little dive! The service was great and the burgers were juicy and made perfectly. The spicy cheese balls were my favorite and to die for. I could eat an entire order by myself. I highly recommend this place.

Seems a bit hidden away. Nice dining area; great view!
Service and cooking could use some polishing up. There are no beverages listed on the menu, and no offer of what beverages are available, when asked, so ended up with water. There is a list of which alcohols are available, but no mixed drinks listed or even soft drinks anywhere. Apparently the bar can make anything, but I don’t have a mental list of cocktails to order, so that is lost on me.
There is a good variety of bar-food type appetizers. The side salads served with the entrees are fine – nothing special about them.
I ordered the filet, mid-rare; but what arrived was well-done – not even a hint of pink in the center. I would liked to have at least let the waitress know; but we never saw her again until the rest of the party had finished eating. At that point I was not going to ask to have a replacement. Ended up paying $40 to leave a cold, overcooked steak on the table. Apparently everyone else’s meals were fine; so if I happen to be in Hutch again, I’ll give them another try, and maybe ask for rare.

I ordered blackened salmon and side of roasted corn, it was excellent. The portion was just right. On the appetizers, I enjoyed the stuffed jalapeños and fried pickles. Loved the music in the background and excellent service.

Update 8/18/23 food was still good and service has improved greatly.
Food was great, service was lacking. I had to keep asking my server for refills on my drink, plus had to remind her I need steak sauce. Then when they bill came it was for something I had not ordered, and a bigger price.

We were there for drinks and got in on happy hour. Our server was on her first day, but she did an awesome job. Drinks were reasonably priced, tasty.
The food and service on a previous visit were good, too. Prices are reasonable

Decided to try again on Saturday night steak night and steaks were totally overcooked. It took an hour to get our meals and it wasn’t even that busy at that point in the evening. Very disappointed!
