Delicious food and so many whiskey options! We stopped in for dinner during their happy hour and tried a few drinks and decided to grab an appetizer- their Craic fries are addictive We enjoyed the appetizer so much that we stayed for dinner. The shepherds pie was warm, perfectly seasoned and delicious. Hubby got the Reuben sandwich and he really enjoyed the house made sauerkraut and the thousand island dressing on the sandwich service was friendly and fast!

Nothing astonishing here, although I wished differently… We ordered 2 shepards pie and a pepsi (no coke, but it was great on the syrup ratio). To the star of the show: Very seasoned
Mince was littered with undercooked carrots and celery chunks. Served with a 5 minute gap between each dish during a shift change. Greasy. Very cheesy. Used lamb and gravy with no red wine reduction noted. Hopefully this isn’t the normal. It seems this is more of a bar destination. We went at 5pm on a Sat there was no wait and no live music.

Cool bar. Had fish and chips. Fish pieces are thin cuts. 3 pieces plenty of fries. Because the pieces are thin they were overcooked. I’d rather have 2 thicker pieces and golden brown. I’ll be back and try there sandwiches. Great bar overall.

Visited during St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. For such a busy day the service and food quality did not take a hit. Tried their corned beef and the fish and chips paired with a cold pour of Guinness. It was a great time, and everyone from customers to staff were very friendly and inviting. I will definitely want to be returning to try more of their menu my next visit to the area.

DON’T SLEEP ON THE FOOD!! Had the Shepard’s Pie and it was incredible. The poutine was some of the best I’ve had. Fish and chips were excellent as well the autumn salad was off the chart good with its bacon vinaigrette!!

Took some friends here for drinks. Staff was excellent given our roudiness and everyone was very friendly. A great and authentic spot!

It was my birthday 12.22.25 and had a reservation at a nearby restaurant that still couldn’t accommodate the the long standing reservation. I work nearby and had wanted to try this place and we walked up and absolutely loved it! I love Irish flare and the atmosphere of an Irish Pub, right here in Parkville, MO. The lady bartender was like come sit down, you’ll love it here, the food, the drinks and people there, we were all chatting, enjoying the Christmas spirit. We stayed and had a wonderful meal and will be going back for a long time!!!

I had the chance to meet Ginger O’Reilly one of the owners (the other owner is Pat, I didn’t get to meet him) . Ginger is a sweetheart! I visited on St.Patricks day & they were busy, she went out of her way to find me a seat. She also stopped by to chat with me. I was solo that day & her kindness was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning with my husband on a night they have live music. Highly recommend

Been to the Craic 10 or 12 times. Ive seriously never had a bad meal or a bad experience. I have to try exceptionally hard to say something even moderately NEGATIVE about the food, the service, the atmosphere, or the prices. Best fish n chips aroun̈d, excellent catfish, and the lamb skewers make me want to slap my mom.

You haven’t been here?

FIX THAT.

Our visit was spur of the moment while visiting the shops in Parkville. What a wonderful discovery we made! The setting is amazing with wood floors and Irish pub music playing overhead. Just two women staffed the restaurant – one at the bar, one waiting on tables.

The drinks made for us were delicious! I had a Manhattan and my date had a beer, and we both ordered seconds. The food was also delicious. We tried the beans, chicken sandwich, grilled cheese with tomato and bacon, fries, and the Brussels sprouts chips and I could safely recommend all of these to anyone: everything was so very tasty.

The service was also fantastic. The woman waiting on our table was kind, quick, and relayed information between our table and the kitchen accurately. I really had no notes for improvement! 5/5 service and quality.
