So I’ve had the time to go to Cod Tail Seafood and Chicken today and customer service was excellent. BUT, BUT, BUT, the food looks amazing but taste way different. I ordered my food, Pick 2 Combo, 3pc. Whiting, with 10pc. Shrimp and onion rings, with a banana pudding and I wanted a lemonade instead of fountain drink. So where do I begin, the banana pudding first, was disgusting, the cookies disintegrated in my mouth and had a bad after taste and there was a whole banana in there. The onion rings were not good, the shrimp tasted gummy. The fish was not that bad though. I was charged $3.00 upcharge for the lemonade and my goodness it was too sweet and now I have really bad heart burn . So thanks for that. It was this powder that was on everything I guess to give the food a little more flavor, not a fan at all. I don’t think I will be returning here, sorry but I’ll stick to my usual.

New to the area and first and last time coming over there. I requested a boil with a pound sausage and corn. There was barely sauce in bag and they didn’t give me my pound of sausage i requested. Was told manager could add it i may have to pay for more . I felt they gave me kids boil. Requested refund was told no. Honestly they get 0 stars i had to put one so i can review

Staff are very friendly. Orders are placed at the front and there is a lot of seating. Decorations and ambient lighting give this seafood and chicken restaurant a warm feel.
I enjoyed the Tilapia and Shrimp and wife enjoyed the Pick Two Combo of Scallop and Cod. Both order came with a generous bed of seasoned fries and hush puppies and a side of really yummy coleslaw. Coke products dispenser for drinks and happiness.

Food was amazing! Was full from my 1/2 pound. I’m a Florida girl and I’m crazy about seafood , this was delicious. crabs , corn & crabs and the SAUCE too good. I’ll be a regular costumer. If you’re thinking about trying it out, definitely go

Not good at all. Shrimp over cooked, chicken wings under cooked. Will not return. Over priced Fast food seafood. Staff not friendly, coleslaw awful. To be honest Captian Ds is 2xs better.

This was a first visit for my husband and myself but definitely will not be our last. Walk in the door first sight the restaurant is clean and the two young ladies at the register were very courteous. Now the food OMG ( oh my goodness), was delicious. The food was hot, fresh, filling and tasteful. There’s nothing like hot seafood, superb. We plan to return.

I have been going here for a while and today is definitely my last day, I ordered the whiting dinner and it was fried way too hard. Usually everything is good but today it wasn’t. I told them it was fried hard but they did nothing about it. Will not be going back‼️ As I consider myself a loyal customer and thus being my first time ever with a complaint and nothing being done about but well we cook it the same time as we usually do.
