I ordered this new drink ube and the lady who made my drink made this weird face as she called my name, didn’t even follow instructions I put in my order, and when I asked about it, she gave me a weird look and flimsy excuse. Never had a problem with other Starbucks Ive been to.

I absolutely love Starbucks. I go all the time and different locations. This was an excellent location. My favorite drink is the Carmel ribbon crunch. The workers were nice and fast. Will return to this location on next visit to Texas.

I’ve never had a single problem w/ this Starbucks location up until yesterday. Went to the drive-thru with my family, drive-thru employee asked what we wanted and we requested that we have a little more time to look over the menu since not everyone was ready to order. The drive-thru employee profusely apologized and interrupted several times as my family and I were speaking to each other. Okay, weird enough. Then, seconds later I read out my order. I sat there for a bit before trying to speak to the employee again after hearing nothing back. The employee rudely states, “Sorry, couldn’t tell if you were talking to me or someone else this time.” ??? Don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. Interaction was so off from the beginning. We ended up leaving and going to 7 brew instead. I’ve never left a bad review in my life, however I just don’t understand what compelled that employee to behave in such a way lmao?

Stopped here after a 6 hour drive, and I was tired! After my daughter and I ordered, we got to watch the team in action. Those young ladies were busy, but efficient! Keeli and her team were kind and generous. We had a great experience there! Keep up the good work!

Most disgusting Starbucks I have ever been to. Urine on the bathroom floors and toilets. Every trash can in the facility was over flowing. Trash all over the floors. The area where you retrieve your drinks needed to be wiped down. Absolutely disgusting! Customer service lacking. I would sooner choose a local gas station for coffee and a rest stop than this Starbucks. Not okay

Drinks are fast and delicious. The interior has lots of space and outlets for laptops and phone charging. AC is cold enough for a hot day. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Really got to be super specific with your order. Only one employee acted like she knew the business, but ALL the others need seriously more guidance and training. Cashier rings everything up wrong which messes up everyone else. Needless to say, home coffee is more reliable to be correctly made. I feel bad for the ONE of 13 people there that appreciated her job.

This location of Starbucks, which is located in Orange, Texas, is a great spot for a coffee stop!! My boyfriend & I recently visited while road-tripping through this town, and we had a good experience. The staff were kind + accommodating, and the place was very well-kept! Their bathrooms were in excellent condition, and they made our coffee exactly as we ordered it. Of note, there are great views of Orange’s adorable water tower from this Starbucks’ parking lot (as pictured in this review)!! 🙂
