This Papa John’s has the WORST service you can ever imagine!!!! From the so-called manager to all the staff , so rude , no empathy nothing! For the second time in a month these people have charged my card and after 2, 3 hours in each instance never bothered to deliver my pizza , no remorse nothing! NO ONE SHOULD EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CALLOUS PEOPLE!! This store should be closed because they care less about their customers! Pure evil!!!!!

1. The order was incorrect: half of the pizza was cheese, and the other half was pepperoni, which is not what I ordered.
2. My cookie was carelessly thrown into the box, which is unhygienic and unacceptable.

The pizza always look veryyyy dark brown/ burnt at the bottom. As if they are not washing their pizza pans at all! Gives the pizza a not so fresh taste and kind of hard to bite through. Ive gotten mutiple refunds from this location. I will not spend money here ever again! I’ve been to others wayyy better. Pizza should be white or light brown at the bottom. I do not recommend.

The pizza seemed to have been prepared in a rush, however that was expected as this is one of the busiest pizza eating nights of the year Super bowl Sunday. The garlic sauce was squished in the box and had leaked. My only other complaint is that this location does not offer curbside pickup. And for person like myself that is mildly handi-capable the need to walk 75 ft from the closest parking space to the front counter is a bit difficult. When I attempted to park close to the pickup window I was asked to move by a representative after I had already exited my vehicle and was at the door. They did oblige me this one time and give me my order without my having to move. Unfortunately ,for this reason I probably will not be ordering carry-out from this location again anytime soon.

Why would you do this to my food knowing if it had been you, you would send this back or ask for your money back. Like you say there and made my pizza like this and gave it to me sealed because you know it was trash. Do better.

(Edited). The pizza is terrible and now they have the audacity to try to charge $23 for a garbage quality pizza. Just go bankrupt already. Your pizza is 5x too expensive for the low quality provided.

They need to have corporate train their employees how make the product correctly. They don’t proof/handle their dough correctly, so the pizzas come out like a cheap pre-made grocery store pizza.

A member of staff was rude when I told them a topping on one of my orders was wrong. I asked for a partial refund and they were unable to do that and so I requested a full refund but in order to get that the driver would have to take the food back?? Wouldn’t it be easier to swap out the pizzas or at least a refund for the wrong item? They were unhelpful and seemed like they were frustrated with me for trying to figure out a solution.

Negative stars . Ordered pizza for my child’s school could not get through the line to confirm online order only one order showed up to school . 3rd party delivery drivers did not leave all 12 pizzas only 6 where delivered to order placed on hold over 20 mins to be advised no refund would be provided because driver confirmed order was left . Proof and image of only 6 pizzas will be sent to head office worst experience Ever at this location customer service is at a all time 0
