**Honest Non-Biased Review** I ordered my food online and PAID IN ADVANCE ($80) and it took over 1 hour for my food to be ready that I PRE-PAID FOR!! And when I arrived to pick-up my food, I saw ALLOT of people sitting/standing around who told me they had been there 20 minutes, 30 minutes and another 45 minutes and this was JUST to talk to someone at the front kiosk (non-customer service rep that was empty) and these were people with families and some alone. I politely tried to waive someone down to get my food and was asked by a hostess how many guest I had and I said I was waiting to pick-up my food I paid for and ordered 1 hour in advance and was told it will be ready in 20-30 mins. Meanwhile as the hostess walked away, another person with their family was standing up and said she and her family had been waiting for 30 minuets just to get seated and no one had greeted her yet and she couldn’t believe I was greeted before her …horrible customer service! The restaurant was very busy, with guest who had NOT PAID YET, while I paid over an hour ago for food not ready, while I’m watching people eating and stuffing their faces who had not even paid yet (and I’m sure many were preparing to get a discount to get out of paying what I paid FULL COST FOR with no discounts at all) the hostess’s looked disgusted at all the people who were coming to spend their money and I heard a baby at someone’s table crying and saw a hostess roll her eyes and look upset at the crying baby. What took an hour to get my phone and it’s now past 9:00pm I am ready to eat my food and did not check (my mistake made purposely) because I KNEW they were going to find a way to try to screw me over for mentioning I had PAID $80 for my food an hour ago and it still was not ready. So I get home starving to eat and find what looked like a old, dusty, UN CLEANED, rotted and smelly crab legs and I requested my garlic butter mild on the side and ordered an extra cup of garlic butter mild and only had a 1/3 cup of garlic butter SPICY and the food was cold after waiting an hour! So as a VERY vigilant and courteous customer, I’m doing the honors of wasting $80 to showcase to the WORLD that this business is not worthy of your hard-earned dollars and to expect this to happen to you next! Luckily it’s still early and I can just grab a pizza for dinner instead as this almost ruined my night but I’m happy I can take this golden opportunity to expose this very ungrateful, non-customer service, I’m afraid to almost use the word racist but I’m very close to going there because of how I saw others of color (Indians, Hawaiians, African-Americans and Hispanics) all being treated 2nd to others which suspiciously could be taken that way. In any event I would not recommend dining here if you cannot afford to throw away an wasteful and sloppy $80 meal as I was forced to do tonight and would recommend Red Lobster or another seafood restaurant that respects you instead.

I overlooked Crab Season at first because of the name. I wasn’t looking for a crab place. After checking out the menu online, they have a wide variety of seafood AND Chinese food options. The prices are a wide range too. It would be a good place to take a group for one of their large seafood boils, or for a quick lunch of fish n chips. They have several beers on tap. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Crab Season is a weirdly eclectic, great place to go for a seafood boil. I went with friends after reading reviews and was pleasantly pleased with it. The menu is large with lots of Chinese cuisine, seafood boils, cocktails, and many other things and it can be overwhelming. Add to that TV’s and music playing and it feels a bit chaotic in good way.

We shared two of the seafood combo boils. One had five-star Cajun seasoning and the other was garlic flavored. Both were good, but the Cajun flavored boil was top-shelf delicious. I also had a side of garlic noodles. Maybe I was just really hungry, but even that simple side dish was simply scrumptious.

Service is very good, affable, and quick.

Our experience was very good and
I’m looking forward to returning and sampling more of Crab Season’s menu.

This is a 4.5 stars. Location is good with lots of parking next to the car dealership.
We went for dinner Saturday evening and it wasn’t too busy.

Food was great and seafood was fresh. The people were kind as well, however our communication with the server had some language barrier when it comes to ordering.

As far as food, I don’t think you can go wrong with the freshness of the seafood. The snow crab and clams was good. As far as sauce goes, we tried 2 sauces, garlic butter and cajun. The cajun is not authentic southern Cajun but it’s good too. The garlic butter is good. For these, you can add spiciness to it to your liking! I recommend the garlic butter if you want to play it safe, it’s very good and you can get it not spicy at all for the kiddos.

We also had the salt and pepper frog legs. These were also good. I don’t think you can go wrong with the salt and pepper dish here, the frog legs was solid and I’ll bet that the other salt pepper dishes would be good too. We also enjoyed the garlic noodle and the kids love them.

Overall, this is a place that I would visit again in the future. I would like to try some of their Asian dishes too!

The employees are always super kind and accommodating. They have some of the best seafood boil in Western Washington. I especially recommend their house special fried rice.

This restaurant was near our hotel and had high ratings so my family decided to go here for dinner. This restaurant didn’t disappoint.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff was very friendly. We decided to go with a combo #2 (shrimp, mussels, clam, crawfish, corn, potatoes, sausages) in cajun sauce, mongolian beef combination plate and garlic noodles.

Overall the food was excellent and tasty. The cajun sauce was a little bit more saltier to our liking but we think would be better than garlic butter as that would be too rich.

Hope to be back the next time we head down south for vacation.
