Let’s talk about how terrible this customer service is . Im a delivery driver they have me waiting over 30 mins for an order that says it’s read for pickup 20 mins ago and brushed me off when i asked about the wait time. This is a terrible store to DoorDash to and i wouldn’t pick this store if it was the last store on this planet. Terrible customer service ! Her name is Caroline terrible

The lady that took my order with the caterpillars on her eyes got the order wrong but said she understood what I wanted. I didn’t check the bag because she made it clear she understood. Well, I got home and the order was wrong. I had to go back to the place to ask her for what she left off and then she told me I had to pay for when it was already included in the previous order. She took no accountability and didn’t even have enough courtesy to say she was sorry for the mishap. She look angry to begin with so I should have known something would go wrong. Accountability is at an all time low in this society. Do better and treat people how you want to be treated!

I ordered a 2 eggs meal. Scrabble eggs with cheese and cheese on hash browns. No cheese was on my eggs I was very Disappointed I love cheese and paid extra for it. Wasn’t able to go back to complain I was on my way to work. Why I went back to this place again I don’t know. SMH Got the 2 eggs meal again and asked for wheat toast and got burnt white toast and overcooked hash browns see pic.

Employees sit around while a table is filled with dirty dishes. The grits had so much butter in them that you could swim in it. We were the only ones here and it took them 10 mins to get our drink order. The eggs came out wrong. Try to avoid this Waffle House.

Dined in with my kid for our morning daughter and mother breakfast date. Customer service was the worse I’ve had in years. Manager unprofessional. We waited almost 45 mins for a table and there were 4 open tables. Manager wore some leggings that showed her entire behind. Underwear showing, attitude nasty. I heard more about their outside life then I did when my daughter was trying to hold a conversation with me. I never understood the videos I be seeing across the internet with the employees vs customers. I get it now . I really do . Do better. Never know who observing the scenery
