Shoutout to the Starbucks on Mequon Rd in Germantown. I stopped in today with a larger order for 13 Refreshers and treats. Of course, I needed the order quickly.
The Starbucks team got after it with no grumbling, getting the order done so I could make my meeting on time. They even helped me carry it out to the car!

We are loyal Starbucks coffee drinkers. The Starbucks on Mequon Rd Germantown WI. The staff, service and atmosphere are the best! Justin, Lynn, Danielle, Angel, Chloe and Erica are outstanding. I grew up working in our family owned restaurant and the difference between good and great stores is quality product and outstanding manager and staff who demonstrate company values. That is our Starbucks!

Drive through only? I understand staffing issues but this is ridiculous. One star and if I wasn’t stuck in line getting coffee for people at work I wouldn’t even be here. If you like your Java I’m sure it’s not going to matter to you. But if you’re casual and don’t really care. Steer clear you don’t need to deal with lines from hell.

I have been going to the Starbucks location pretty regularly for the last few years. Every time I go, usually through the drive-through; I receive very friendly Service. The drinks and the food are always good. But today, as I was walking out of the store, my drink tray broke, and my drink fell to the ground. An employee of Starbucks very kindly ushered me back inside and told me not to worry about it, that they would remake my drink for me. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. I would recommend a Starbucks to anyone.

We were the only ones in line, it took a few minutes for them to notice us or decide who was working the counter. Looks like they have some new hires. They did complete a complicated transaction and order with no issue. The New coconut milk drink is great!

The staff at this location are great! Most know my dog and my name by heart so it’s always a welcoming experience. They tend to be busy when I go, like most Starbucks, so I usually avoid them when the lines are long. The coffee is like any other Starbucks so you should know what to expect.

I have been here a handful of times before and all the employees have been super warm and welcoming, but that wasn’t the case today.
The person taking my order at the drive thru was impatient with me, didn’t say hello just stuck the credit card processor out the window even though i tried telling her i had a gift card to use first a couple times – she was preoccupied i guess.
I have worked as a barista in a drive thru before, so i am very understanding of what it can be like. it gets very hectic very fast, however that’s no excuse to be cold and impatient with a customer. I left the drive thru feeling like I inconvenienced her for going there.
