Paisano’s Pizza Grill in the Queensborough Shopping Center is one of our favorite spots in Mount Pleasant! We’ve been coming here for over five years and it always provides a great family-friendly atmosphere, consistently delicious pizza, wings, affordable pricing and great customer service.
Tonight they really went above and beyond. It was busy and the kitchen was a bit backed up, but the manager came out personally, apologized, and made sure I was taken care of. The kindness and genuine care meant a lot.
So grateful to have a local pizza place that truly cares about its customers. Five stars — highly recommend!

It’s a GOOD pizza place. The staff are nice and super chill, and the pizza is legit. This is literally one of only two places I regularly order pizza from.
Also really like the pressed sandwiches and side items.
The fries are a bit salty; I think that’s my only negative critique.

My wife and I visited this establishment on Saturday around five o’clock. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, and I have no complaints. It was a good pizza. My wife ordered a sandwich, and the sandwich came out with the wrong onions. Red onions vs. white onions does make a difference. The reason I am giving 2 stars was the soda fountain. It needs to be calibrated in the worst way. I love Pepsi, and it was by far the worst Pepsi I ever had. The Mt Dew was tolerable, and the tea was awful. We were the only customers eating in the dining room, but the employees were very noisy. Not enough to ruin the meal, but it was noticeable.

This was our first time. Great atmosphere. Very friendly, family atmosphere. The cannoli balls are a must. Delish. I had the meat & ricotta pizza which was great. My grandson had his usually pepperoni. Would definitely go back.

Good lunch special, the pizza has a great crust, sauce and cheese. The pepperoni is just crispy enough, makes the whole pie. The toasted sandwiches are great, come with fries that are just a touch salty. They are fried right, and crispy. Can’t go wrong with either.

Went for a late night dinner after a long day of travel. Our hotel clerk referred us to Paisano’s and it did not disappoint. The salad was a small dinner salad and it was huge. Enough for a family of four to split! The pizza sauce was amazing, tasty and flavor filled, not too thick or thin. We ordered the avocado appetizer, it was good to try. The food was all delivered really quick. It was a great experience and we would definitely go back when we are in the area. Thanks for the great service!

This place is absolutely fantastic. I walked in, and I immediately knew that I was going to enjoy my experience. The curb appeal is fantastic and when you walk in you quickly notice that there is a old time game room with Pac-Man, ski ball, and various claw games. This was right up my alley. I asked the young lady at the counter to just pick her favorite pizza, which was a ranch and buffalo something or other. I don’t think there’s anything on the menu that isn’t fantastic. I got a chance to talk to several people and get an idea about why they love working there and it’s because they work for two amazing man… the owners. The paisanos:-)
I was able to have a nice glass of wine and sample a few tasty beers that were local. Everybody I talked to that worked there expressed that they sincerely loved working there. This is a sign of great business management. Well done paisanos well done! I closed up my meal with another suggestion, which was the cinnamon knots …. Yeah they came with a little side of something that was creamy heaven I don’t even know I mean… Yeah. Enjoy the pictures. This place is all around. Perfect in my eyes. Kid friendly. Clean bathrooms. Haven’t tried the pizza yet. But visited here for the wings for a quick snack. Best Honey BBQ wings in Mt. Pleasant, definitely recommend.
