I live nearby and been going to this chipotle since they opened. In the last 4-5 years the management has been absolutely horrific. I have dined in, door dashed. I have even called corporate. They short you on the bowls and half the time the food is sub par. (Depending on cook sometimes it’s great) The tables are filthy once they become moderate busy, or they try and clean the table you’re sitting at. As in spray you and your food with side mist of the cleaner. The managers will hover over employees in the prep line and yell at them when you ask for more or try and charge you for extra when you barely have a spoon full. Whoever owns and operates this store needs to clearly understand it’s time to retrain or fire this manger. She will socialize with the employees and start yelling and cackling and carrying on while you’re trying to eat. Can’t even carry on a conversation with person next to you. You can tell which employees she does not prefer as they work with heads down and you can feel their stress. They throw your food in the bag and try to shove you out the way even if no one is behind you. All before payment is complete. There is at best 1-3 people working hard at all times the rest are goofing off joking loudly including management playing on their phones. Meanwhile no straw, napkins, etc. I have tried to speak with manager professionally, but she doesn’t understand and uncomfortably laughs you away. . She only understands giving the least and charging the most all while being un-professional. It’s as if she gets a bonus for being this way. Such a shame as every chipotle in surrounding towns are light years ahead of this one. This chipotle was top notch until this management arrived and now it’s absolute trash.

When we came into the restaurant, it was around 3 pm. The tables were all dirty, we walked up to order the person was cleaning the grill it was a caked on mess. I have not been to Chipotle for a while and wanted to try them again. It took several minutes before someone asked what I would like. I got a burrito, and my wife got the burrito bowl. It was roughly around $40.00, and I was not impressed. Chipotle has a required taste, and I am ok without it. I am not a fan of cilantro, and they have in the rice. I think with a restaurant it is a hard business and this restaurant has 4 employees I could see and the shape of the restaurant during my visit was not good. I would not recommend this Chipotle because of the service and lack of cleanliness. I do not like paper straws, but I also do not like seeing straws on the ground.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. I found a fly in my food, which is completely unacceptable. I expected better hygiene and quality standards from a place like this. It ruined my entire meal. This experience has definitely made me reconsider coming back. Cleanliness should always be a top priority, especially when it comes to food.

Ordered my food ahead and as I was eating it I felt hard raw bits of rice. Very little chicken added to my bowl as well, food was cold, and the lettuce tasted soapy. Been here a few times and never has it been this bad.

Poor service. Let’s start with the employees in the front speaking amongst themselves in Spanish. I asked one of the servers politely, what did she say, when I did not understand her question. She repeated herself but I was then welcomed with a very disrespectful remark in Spanish in which she said “it’s as if what I just said went one ear and out the other” and several staff in the front line started laughing. I paused and looked at them all irate because I understood what they said. FYI, señoras stop being chismosas. Y puedo hablar Español.
I then found two hairs in my chipotle bowl. I am very disappointed. I have been coming to this chipotle for years and never experienced what I experienced today. I will never come back. If there is management, please be aware.

Portion size is seriously lacking. I’ve been to other Chipotles enough to know the right portion size. I’m always disappointed with what they give me when I go to the Warrenton store.

Update: went back again. The portion sizes are absolutely absurd. This time I specifically asked for more and they refused. I’ve never complained or had an issue with any other Chipotle in this area. I will never come back to this location.

Ordered a burrito for delivery and received an inappropriate religious booklet. If it wasn’t chipotle itself than I guess the driver opened my bag that was suppose to be sealed and stuffed it inside. Nothing against religion but a super inappropriate thing to push on someone.

Order my meal. Was supposed to be ready at 11:20. Waited around till 11:30 while they served 10 other guests before even starting mine. Ended up just leaving. Terrible customer service at this location.

I visit the store every week on the same day with same order. On Dec 4th I had a bad experience with the cashier, a female employee was rude and rolled their eyes at me, I can provide details if store contacts me. Employee was female, short , dark hair and tattoos on their arm. I asked for their name and they walked away and appeared to go to the bathroom. I asked another employee to provide me with the name and they said they did not know as they were in training.

Used to be a large quantity of delicious food for a very fair price. Now they’ve raised prices, you have to fight them to give you a reasonable portion of food, and after all that it doesn’t even taste good. Chicken is chewy either from being old or overcooked, possibly both. It sucks I miss prime Chipotle it was always my go-to for a filling meal after a long day. Can’t have nothing in 2025 i guess.
