at least 10 times when using drive through. What is frustrating is that even though whoever takes the orders for drive through orders, double checks with who placed the order to ensure they have the order correct. At least 15 times what Ireceived was not what I ordered. What was always frustrating to me is that in the beginning I didn’t find out that I didn’t get what I ordered until I got home – too late to get it fixed since I had left the drive through and had arrived at home before I found out I didn’t get my order. This happened again at least 6 times. After that I started checking what I received in front of an employee at the drive through window.before I left to ensure I would get my correct order as soon as possible. The number of times The individual that takes the orders for drive through repeats my order to me and I confirmeWhatThe individual that takes my order repeats to me what my order is and I confirm they have my order correctly. However at least 15 to 20 times the kitchen got the order wrong . Those 15 to 20 times had cheese on the hamburger. What I learned was that I had to always check my order before leaving. If not, at least I’m at the drive through window to ensure an employee can confirm that what I received was not what I ordered. order before I left. ow I sure my order is correct. All I want is a hamburger with mayo and one slice of tomato only! l They repeat my order and I confirme they had it right. Because of this my coming to Dairy Queen is rare now

This particular dairy Queen is absolutely horrid about getting your food to you in a reasonable amount of time, there is always a long way, always this is not an exception even when there is no one else in the Drive-Thru and there’s hardly anyone in the store you will wait 10 to 15 minutes for your food. Generally after a long wait your food will come in cold, soggy and unpleasant not to mention I have never been able to get a frosty or a shake from them that is not water down and melted by the time it reaches my hands. I think I’ve gotten one not melted Blizzard from this dairy Queen in the entire almost year I’ve lived in this town. This dairy Queen takes the fast right out of fast food and the quality right out of the industry.

Got a burger and large fry. Took 22 mins. Finally got tired of waiting. Asked for money back. Turns out burger was sitting up there for 20 mins. Got a large fry. Then he hands it all to me with no bag (i got it to go). Burger wasnt warm anymore. Worse experience ive ever had at a DQ. Will not go back to this one.

Was never offered a receipt and order was messed up fries were cold. There were at least 8 employees working . Cashier didn’t seem to know the system. I ordered a #1 and #2 the number two wasn’t right. Just sitting there they messed up at least 3 or 4 orders in the drive through. Ridiculous. seems like management isnt doing there job. What really irritates me is I did not request for a plain hamburger with bacon and that’s what they gave me.So maybe the management needs to actually contact me

Love coming here during the day, but the night shift they currently have is ridiculous. They close down the drive through 30 min early and take forever to get orders out even if you only order ice cream (took over 10 min for a twist cone). Management needs to retrain their staff.

Ordered a deluxe cheeseburger paid for a deluxe and my burger doesn’t have lettuce, tomato, nor onion!!! An d so much mayo it is absoluyely disgusting. And no RECEIPT!
