My friends hosted a dinner party at the Buffalo Wing Factory in Ashburn, and we had a good time overall. The service was great—our waiter (I forgot his name) was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. Since we went late at night, the restaurant was pretty empty, which made the atmosphere calm and relaxed.
The food was okay; some dishes tasted like they were cooked in older oil, but everything else was fine and served hot. The variety on the menu and the laid-back vibe made it an enjoyable night out with friends. I’d still consider coming back, especially for the great service.

Fun Night Out with Great Drinks & Wings
I visited Buffalo Wing Factory with a girlfriend on National Girlfriends Day, and we had such a great time! We enjoyed delicious margaritas and mules, along with perfectly cooked wings that hit the spot. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made for a relaxed, fun night out.
Definitely a great spot to unwind, enjoy good food, and share laughs with friends.

Ordered buffalo wings, but what arrived was a culinary nightmare. Dry, overcooked, and stale – the ‘buffalo’ flavor was barely noticeable. Service was okay, but the food was a letdown. Not worth the money.

Went in for a late lunch. Horrible service, waited good 10 minutes for someone to take our order after hunting for help. We looked around & the restaurant was not busy at all. Wonder why the below par service.
It was our first time & asked for suggestions. Waitress A, looked annoyed said “everything is good. It all depends on what you’re in the mood for” Wow!! that answer definitely took us by surprise. Reading the the other reviews made me feel we should ask for suggestions. We were so WRONG.
We then waited a really long while for the food to arrive. I had to ask “is our food ready yet”?!
Definitely doesn’t help going here if you’re hungry and need faster service.
Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

We decided to give this place a second try and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Our server, Lexi V was phenomenal . The food was super delicious. Lexi recommended a few menu items & we loved everything!! The cheese fries are a MUST!

The food was average — not bad, but nothing special either. Some dishes were okay, while others lacked flavor. The service was decent, and the place was clean and comfortable. Overall, it’s fine for a quick meal, but there’s room for improvement in taste and presentation.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I honestly cannot believe how bad my last visit was. Daryl managed to take what should have been a simple pickup and turn it into one of the most unpleasant customer interactions I’ve ever had. The food was fine, but his attitude ruined the entire experience.
The moment I walked in, he immediately hit me with “we close in 45 minutes,” said in the most irritated, unwelcoming way possible — as if my existence alone was a problem for him. After that, it was all downhill. His tone was rude, his body language screamed that he didn’t want to help, and the lack of basic professionalism was honestly unbelievable.
I’ve dealt with bad service before, but Daryl’s level of dismissiveness and attitude was on another planet. It felt like he was trying to make sure I regretted coming in. For someone who’s given this place plenty of business over the years, being treated like a burden was honestly insulting.
If this is how Daryl treats returning customers, I can’t imagine the impression he leaves on anyone walking in for the first time. Absolutely unacceptable and easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in any restaurant.

I just did not think the food tasted that good. I had 10 boneless wings in Honey BBQ with crinkle fries. Maybe if I ate it fresh, but I carried it out due to circumstances. I didn’t think it was very edible.

Each time when we order carry out each time wings container it’s leaking out of the paper bag and wet our grocery tote bag. Same as today, We end up cleaning and transfer the wings to the plate it’s a mess… it’s all around disappointed.

Don’t mind if you’re charge us package fee but the quality of packaging it’s so poorly. It’s so disappointed. For the price it’s should be good quality for dine in and carry out as well. That’s my opinion.
