To be honest best Risotto and Tiramisu i ever had, we went there twice and both times left with a smile.The place is nice and clean with an …as my girlfriend says romantic atmosphere ,the owner is an nice guy also he recommended us a great wine for the meals. If we ever go back to Genoua we definitely eat there again !

Beautiful fresh and local Genovese food. We ordered the octopus salad, spaghetti al nero and pesto ravioli. Each was high quality and unique. Would recommend, this is a hidden gem. Good wine list and prices were very reasonable. No outdoor dining which would be a perfect addition

We were warmly welcomed despite arriving 15 minutes before closing for lunch. The leek and zucchini pie starter was amazing as were the ravioli and traditional pasta Genovese. Deserts ( Panna cotta and Mille feuille) cappuccino were excellent as well

Such a cute authentic Genoa restaurant. We had our first night meal here and were very impressed with the quality and price. I highly recommend to visit this little hidden gem. A bit hard for English speaks but we managed and had a great evening 🙂 thanks

Quite underwhelming experience. While it look cute from the outside and we already know Italian waiters are a bit more rude and less service oriented so we didn’t mind in the beginning we were disappointed with the food being quite flavorless. To top it all the toilet seemed broken and we had to pay 6€ extra just for sharing a plate and another 6€ service charge which feels outrageous to me – be happy we eat at your restaurant to begin with. While we had high hopes it was a very sad experience and we wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here

We were a group of 8 people at this restaurant and it was an unpleasant experience for us. The only thing that was ok was the service, otherwise the food was below average for the demands and the cost of the preparations and what culminated in completely ruining our evening was the attitude of the owner. In short, we ordered a wine that they told us they no longer had but he recommended another one, a bottle was brought to us, he gave us to taste, the wine was sour and oxidized, unbelievable, we asked for something else and he told us that it was not possible, the wine is very good, he tasted it, so we have to pay for it. We ordered another one, we paid for the spoiled one and gave it to him as a gift to drink. An execrable experience, I have never encountered anywhere else. If you don’t want to ruin a holiday evening, don’t go there!

A hidden gem in Genoa. Great quality products and fine selection of local specialties reasonably priced. Friendly staff and chef. No terrasse to enjoy the outdoor street vibe of Genoa but well compensated by the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend and come back to try a few more dishes on the menu.

We were visiting Genoa from Australia and happened across this place, totally by accident. Everything was closing, so we went in and are so glad we did. The food is sensational and Maurizio is a really nice guy. It’s an older restaurant but he has taken it over and it’s obvious that he really cares. Simple, and very small but a really lovely experience. We are going back to Genoa and will definitely seek this place out again.
