We had a lovely experience at Pizzeria Tiramisu. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour — you can really tell they care about quality.
A special thank you to Kate for her excellent service. She was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Her friendly attitude really added to the whole experience.

Amazing food and service, especially from the young waitress with the short hair.
The only thing I would say is it’s quite crowded but looks like they are expanding.

Everything was so delicious，I think am in Italy again!
Very friendly staff with good Smile.
Another good thing about this restaurant is that. you can bring any alcohol with you they only charge 1$ for the glass.
The desert looks so yummy .
We were so full so had the honey cake to take way. Was so good! I can’t wait to go back with big groups and try another food and desert!

Spent valentines night here with my partner and we were absolutely blown away by the attentiveness of the staff.
They were all incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the restaurant was content (and it was quite a busy night!) without it being overbearing.
Big thank you to the young girl with short hair who I saw was a natural at customer service and also to the young asian boy who noticed I had been waiting a little longer for my dessert and immediately followed it up with the kitchen- without me even having to ask. You are all fantastic, thank you so much.

A local Italian restaurant gem tucked away in Parkwood. Service is always warm and the food is amazing! We usually order pizzas for takeaway and every time we are in there to pick them up – the dining area is always packed. And of course do not forget to order their Tiramisu! Simply amazing!

They recently expanded the dining area and we decided to pop in for dinner. Amazing food and the additional dining area makes for more customers for sure. As usual lovely warm service and supporting this local as much as possible!

extremely small sized portions. ordered family size pasta and barely feeds one person. taste doesn’t make up for the tiny portion to be paying that much for it
so why call it a family sized portion? what family would be satisfied with that petty portion? the answer is none.
maybe you should check out the portion sizes of ciao italia express. much better value for money. can get the same amount for $10 less. maybe you should lose the arrogance and listen to customers feedback. and in regards to your satisfied customers for a fully booked restaurant nearly all of those tables had pizzas served so try again sweety
