We have enjoyed visiting Tania’s for years and recommended it to friends looking for authentic Mexican. The staff is friendly, and your meal is prepared quickly. Make sure to plan a visit if you want delicious meal (with generous portions) or if you want to shop in their store for Mexican products.

When I entered, the gentleman at the counter looked confused. I said table for one, and he told me to sit. It seemed like he had limited English, so I spoke in Spanish to him, but he still seemed hesitant to speak to me.
I looked over the menu and decided on what I wanted. I was the only customer, but it took him until someone else walked in and went to the counter to pay for something from the shop side to notice that I was ready to order.
I got the chicken fajitas which the menu states comes with guacamole. Well, when the food was ready, there was no guacamole. I looked at the menu again to make sure I hadn’t looked at the wrong thing, but I was right. So I asked the man about it, and he asked if I wanted to get an order of guacamole. I pointed to the menu, and he gave me guacamole. Makes me wonder how many people have ordered fajitas and never received guacamole despite the menu saying it comes with them.
More people came in after I’d been there for a bit. Some shopped on the store side, and some came for the restaurant. They were all native Spanish speakers which is a good sign.
However, I was not impressed with my food. You do get complimentary chips and salsa. My chicken fajitas tasted too dry, and most of the pieces of chicken were so small. You can get flour or corn tortillas with fajitas, and I chose flour. You get 4 tortillas. For the price ($19), it wasn’t worth it at all.
Based on other reviews, there aren’t any other options for food in the area. I came based on a recommendation and because I was sort of in the area. Won’t bother going back though.

I enjoy their food. If I am looking for authentic Mexican food this is where I go. They have a little store when I am waiting I like to have a look. There are your usual things but they also have items I have not seen before. If you need a Mexican spice or something that you can not find try looking here.
The service is good occasionally there is a waiting but it’s very worth it. The prices are good and the amount of food is good I always have leftovers.

A small restaurant/store serving authentic style Mexican food. I delivered across the street and stopped by to order the burrito loco and a Jaimaca drink to go . It was very good, big and with lots of flavor without a lot of salt but you can always add if you desire. The workers were very nice and fluent and English and Spanish. Well worth the $24 total spent. There is plenty of parking as well as enough room for several trucks. Overnight parking available for a small fee. I will definitely be visiting again if I’m in the area again l.

This is the perfect hole in the wall Mexican restaurant with the most amazing food. Service was great and the decor was perfect for the vibe. Be open minded! We didn’t make it thru the door the first time but we were so hungry we went back. So glad we did!!

Quaint little Mexican dinner with fantastic food and a small store/market attached! Very authentic. The fluent, bilingual staff is wonderful and willing to explain any dish on the menu. Diner seats about 20 (forgot to take a picture of the longer tables in the corner), and the store contains many Mexican snacks and convenience items.

Nice little find when needing a place to park. Food is rather good. One half is restaurant and other is a small store.

First timer, am Truck driver & had a pickup across the street. It’s a small mom & pops type Mexican restaurant. Very delicious meal. Had the Burrito Deluxe & Fried Ice Cream. The waitress was very nice. It’s also a mini convenience store.
The other best part is the have Truck parking. It’s free to park, but only during the duration of your visit. There is a sign that say “No Overnight parking”, but another that’s say “$10 Overnight Parking”. Will come back if ever in the area.

Inexpensive with decent food and salsa. Had tacos served hot with two great sauces. Carne asada was tender, not seasoned much, but again, sauces layer on the flavor. Chips were thick, fried nicely and tasted very good. I have eaten here maybe 5 times when visiting the area and would return again.
