I thought this truck was great!! Love the theme and all their hot dogs were Nathan’s and named after dog breeds. Prices were very reasonable, fries were fresh cut, they even had vegetarian options. I got a corgi, which was their version of a Chicago dog. This place is at the dollar general parking lot of 70 and Malcom on Tuesday.

My son wanted to find a new hotdog place to give a whirl and found this while shopping in Tinley Park. They have a very extensive menu at great prices. The inside was nice and clean with lots of seating. They also have a nice seating area outside as soon as it gets warm. I would recommend the slaw dog, the pizza, puff, and their kettle chips, which I had were absolutely amazing incredibly thin. Very tasty.the staff was great. Glad we stopped.

Ridiculously good! The service was great and the food was even better! I got a Hawaiian dog – hot dog with shredded bacon and red onion, chunks of pineapple, and this most yummy of ginger sauces. The hot dog was good by itself – the toppings made it that much better.

This place is AMAZING!!! AMAZING does not serve them!! The best burger fries and dog I’ve ever had .. was there just a while ago .. hubby and I extremely hungry and craving burgers and hot dogs .. and boy did we choose the place to go .. first time to visit The Lucky Dog and it won’t be the last that’s for sure .. not only was the food delicious .. the service was more than excellent .. Jenn was so nice letting us eat in, even though they were closing tonight early for Thanksgiving .. usually open till 9pm, but they closed tonight at 5 (we were there 4:54) ..

I used to be hard on this place after trying the hotdogs in which I don’t recommend but after coming here a couple times the food is decent , not amazing, not spectacular but good enough to get you going. I had the Reuben today and it was really good , the burgers here are also good as well , I just wish I could say the same for the hot dogs. If they could change the quality of meat they use , char them & toast the buns that would definitely make the hotdogs 10x better. Also the customer service here is always good , I can tell the place is managed well.

Hands down the BEST place to get my hot dog fix! I consider myself a bit of a hotdog snob and this place hits the mark.
The lucky fries are awesome so I recommend getting those with a cup of cheese instead of the regular french fries if you’re not afraid of some garlic. My husband loves the ghost chicken sandwich and the burgers are amaz-balls as well!!
I have sent some other hotdog snobs their way as well and they do agree. Give them a shot. You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome takeout place. The quality of everything I’ve had so far there has been impeccable. Not pictured is the buffalo chicken sandwich cuz I ate it too fast. But the Lucky Beef (beef with garlic bread) is to DIE for and the onion rings are on point. Also, their large soda is the largest soda I’ve ever seen. 6/5

I wish I could post the video as well. I love this place & get it a lot on DoorDash so I know it was a mistake but I just didn’t get it. The hotdog was so pink & definitely wasn’t cooked.
